I'm hoping Willis gets to do some sort of ad...or any Bill to be completely honest. The glory year-Bills had some commercials. I believe they had a Snickers one or something. With Marv at a chalk board saying "We won't leave this room until we find out how to win the Super Bowl." Then it showed Kelly, Bruce, Thurman and others all sighing in a room. Then the announcer came in with "Not going anywhere in a while..."

Will Willis McGahee? Will Lee Evans? Will JP Losman? Will Terrence McGee? Will Chris Kelsay? Will Nate Clements? It's sure easy to list a bunch of people that are already considered busts/half-busts....

The people over at the BuffaloBills.com board had quite a few topics on this poll when it was first created...and Losman was in 4th behind Rivers. Once the topics got more attention, more and more people started voting. In fact, some admitted voting 150 times or whatever for JP. It's just a bunch of fans voting over and over and over...there is no chance in hell, unfortunatly, that non-Bills fans would put JP above Ben or Eli. I'll admit though, I have voted for Losman on that poll about 10-15 times.

Kelly Holcomb is rated above Bledsoe...wow. Great article.

As far as I know, he hasn't been signed yet...so they could still choose to bring him back. He probably won't get signed in the near future - so when Donahoe calls his agent, he'll sign cheap just to get a job.

In all fairness, remember the first few games Bledsoe had here? He was on fire. Why? The 'lightning out of the bottle' effect (as Howard Simon put it). They DO have a decent run game with Julius Jones, Keyshawn and Terry are above average wideouts, and the defense is getting better... Drew will likely have a few great games, bolstering his average into the low-80s, making the Bills release of Drew look bad (only temporarily). In the end though, the "pat, sack, fumble" engine will start reving up. Just for fun: Bledsoe- 77 (by end of year), Losman- 79. One is a washup, the other a rookie. It's going to be interesting to say the least.

Like someone else said...the Finger Lakes region is much nicer in the summer than Lake Erie. I love Erie, but the Finger Lakes region just seems cleaner and everything. I am a college student who just moved up here to the Finger Lakes region, but I have a family cottage in Ripley on the shore of Erie, so I know both areas pretty well. Chautauqua is pretty boring.

I think we also gotta remember what GM were talking about here...the same guy who said that he was turned off by Losman's attitude and said he didn't want anything to do with him...Just so happens he traded away our first pick this year to get him. You never can trust what Donahoe says. The guy seems to be the master of the smoke screen. Who knows.

Lets not give Lindell THAT much credit... Remember the FG he missed in the Jacksonville game? If he hits that, the horrible finish wouldn't be so horrible. We could have gone into overtime. Who knows, we could have lost...but we never got that chance. In a year when we were one game out of the playoffs - every game mattered. The weather was perfect, too. We all know about the Pitt game... But like everyone else...we need O-line help before Nugent, as much as it pains me to say it.

The NFL Network is showing some Quarterback Challenge from 2000 or so...and current Bills quarterback Rob Johnson is going into the finals of the speed and mobility challenge with Trent Dilfer. Take a look! I bet he gets sacked by one of the hula dancers or something.

A lot of people easily get pissed at Donahoe and Co., but we as Bills fan should consider ourselves lucky that we don't have the management Cleveland has... Those 1st through 4th round picks collectively are better than the Browns top 10 picks over the last few years. Unquestionably.

The Bills' intergalatic player: Bradford Banta

A DeMulling signing would really be a plus for that line.

I don't think we'll sweep the Pats and I don't expect anything more than 10-6 with Losman. However, the interesting thing is, we (with Losman as the starter) are STILL getting 10% of the fan votes, which is more than the Falcons and the Jags. Usually with these polls, I expect us to always be at the bottom, this was refreshing.

Perhaps the biggest robbery. NO Shelton!

Regardless, he absolutely killed everyone including Manning. Too bad we can't have him.

I'd be happy with Mike Nugent (especially) or Steve Christie in a Bills uniform next season. But niether will likely happen.
