  1. Yep, no oppression or systemic racism exists.good call! Tmes 1000% I am glad people are pissed off, no change until people get pissed off in this country. Please read yuor sixties history and the reactioon MLK, half the freaking country was pissed atr him. Tell that to Juan Carlos and Tommy Smith, when the 90% of Americans were pisssed off. But i do agree on your last point . Again I 100% agree! Such a ridiculous statement. I don't agree with bringing Wonderlic scores etc into this either, but to pretend you have any freaking clue what people do and do not know is just asinine. BTW, i do not like Shannon Sharpe or Skip, but this is right on point IMHO. Owners did not give a lick until someone told THEM what to do. I detest Trump, and have been amazed at what he gets away with in terms of veiled racism, and Sharpe nails it here. Hypocrisy all over the place right now. http://www.foxsports.com/watch/undisputed/video/1054207043815
  2. Guessing reading comprehension not your strong suit, and you have not watched a second of this film? Ha, just watched again about 3 weeks ago. It is awesome!
  3. Cmon over, me ,my chucklehead son, bunch of my idiot nephews all be there!
  4. Hurleys is funny place. I used to go quite a bit when they had the ponies, but not so much anymore.Long story, but was doing some drinking in there couple Sundays back, and wife wanted to order some wings and she asked if they were breaded. Answer came back affirmative, and i commented i was shocked they breaded their wings being a Bills bar. She looked at me funny, said "oh yea, we don't bread them on football Sundays as you people don't like em breaded" with a funny look.
  5. Whar record this year makes you think the McBeane did a good job? I am guessing anything less than 14 wins will leave you with a distaste in your mouth,
  6. Here is the info from Facebook for this gruop Tailgating Details: Join us for tailgating before the Bills verses Bengals on Sunday, October 8, 2017. We will begin meeting at 9:00 AM. We are meeting under the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge in Covington, Kentucky. This is a great location near the Courtyard Cincinnati Covington Marriott Hotel. The address for the Courtyard Cincinnati Covington Hotel is 500 W 3rd St, Covington, KY 41011. There is plenty of parking and we can take the Southbank Shuttle to the Game for $1 each way. Look for the Buffalo Bills Pop-Up Tent and our Bills Backers Sign. We will be to the right of the hotel. Chili, Wings, and Sahlen’s Hot Dogs will be there. Please bring something to share and your own drinks. Watch our Facebook Page for pictures and any last minute details. GO BILLS!
  7. He needs a lot more guys like you! Bad Location, awful space, horrible reviews online from first two weeks. If I owned the place, I would wall kin about 2/3 rds of the dining room make it a private room, makes the main dining room smaller and not feel so damn empty. Migt even think of how I could pull the bar space and dining room together to make it more of one room. FRom what i hear they are losing money hand over fist .
  8. Can we start the Tampa thread today? I am in for two cars!
  9. From what I hear, better enjoy it while it lasts.
  10. The very first episode was outstanding. The back story on Ho Chi Minh was a revelation to me.
  11. Guess i was not clear..that why the "probably" was in quotation marks. He authorized the bombing based on the "attack" from the Viet Cong..and there was no attack. He then used the "attack" to advance the Gulf of Tonkin resolution. That is all according to the film as best I can recollect. I watch these things when my old ass wakes up in the middle of the night
  12. I did not get that all. What he said in the film is US Intelligence officers mistook radio communication from the North Vietnamese( Viet Cong) . US interpreted it as them getting ready to attack, when in reality it was just a warning to be guarded against an attack from the ARVN. When LBJ heard it was "probably" an attack, he authorized more bombing raids. He then advanced the Gulf of Tonkin resolution and was widely saluted for it at home and his popularity shot up like 30 pts overnight according to the documentary. People applauded the limited role and clear goals. He is not doing that at ALL
  13. Thank You, Josh, much appreciated. I am a sucker for a standup guy, you got my $3! Tell Mr. Buffett he can retire now !
  14. so many chips still to fall, will be fascinating to watch down the stretch. If the Colts shut down Luck, if the Bears continue to be bad, if Cousins winds up in San Fran and they are close to the top of the draft, all could potentially be in front of the Jets. PLus, seems like 5 of the top 6 prospects can still go back to school next year. I was never a big draft guy, but you can bet dollars to donuts my son and I will be at draft in April. BTW, let's say Colts have top pick..I think it takes a 1,1,2,3 this year, and a 1 next to get it.
  15. Whats Irish and stays out all night? Patio Furniture
  16. And i think that is the quandary McBeane faced. I don't think there is one person who can say with a straight face the Bills offense is better off without Sammy. But let's say he gets you 2 extra wins, and now you go 7-9 instead of 5-11. Now, you don't have that extra second, you are faced with a tag/no tag decision, and you prolly still do not have enough ammo to get a franchise QB. And roundand round we go as Bills fans
  17. But they are going to have to pay Donald and Sammy next year
  18. Rams have an offensive coach not afraid of mistakes and turnovers, and also went to the bottom a couple of times. It helps. BTW, wonder where they would be with Bradford if Fisher was fired when he should have been in 2010.
  19. But you may need the ammunition provided by the pick to get said franchise QB Here is another hypothetical, especially considering our offensive scheme and QB. Sammy has 78 catches for 1050 yards and 9 TDS and misses two games. Then what? Close to what you posted, but i dont think worth $12M Granted, I think not picking up the option was the right move, if you thought wrong move partial answer is pay him the option money ..i just think that was a huge risk with Sammy's injury history.
  20. We need coaches and schemes that design creative ways to take advanatge of the talent we have, and that is not TT under center and throwing from the pocket
  21. Agree, I did not go right to sleep last night for a couple of reasons 1) Missed Point After, then a second OPI that doomed one my bets..and yes prolly had a smidge too much on this game, but the way this thing went down last night was brutal from a moneyline perspective 2) while I agree/d with the Sammy trade it was the cumulative effect of 4 ex-Bills all contributing last night that hurt. Think it Woods and Sammy have that game on a rando Sunday that was not a primetime game would not bother us as much I keep telling myself we were a 6-9 win with those guys and TT, and we will be 12 wins with the new QB in 2 years
  22. what is not allowed? cmon keep up son.Hammer does not allow illegal activities in his lot
  23. I think these are out guys for at least 4 years, no matter the record
  24. I think they are given chances via scheme and coaching that out guys are not.
