    I think you hire a quality GM like most teams and they are in charge of the football operation....Hiring a coach first and then a GM and giving a rookie HC this much control is wrong

    Wildcat is the dumbest thing still around...it's a direct snap to a RB....how tricky!! The offense won't change much...same plays and patterns except Peterman will throw more to our WRs
