    it's been mentioned before but if you run 5 wide shotgun formations all game....you're kinda telling the defense you're going to throw the ball.....easier to play D when you know what the offense is doing

    I think throwing 50 times a game wears out the D more than running....Tampa did not really have a credible run threat. Brady was killing the LBs in coverage

    Very few teams run the ball. In the old days a close game would mean lots of running but those are gone. I'm also hoping "establish the run" goes away too.
