That's why Promo said, she hopefully isn't looking for work soon, because that employer will certainly question the quick change of jobs, and wondering in the back of his mind if she's a quick flight risk. We always consider that in our hiring decisions. Why invest time and resources into somebody who'll be gone in less than a year?

Your response is from the employee's standpoint, while Promo offered the employer's opinion. Nobody is arguing that she made the best move for her. But as the next employer, you definitely question her dedication.

If she left one job for another within a few months? Yeah, that's a red flag to explore. The only way it would look ok to the employer is if she was in line for the WP job before the News, and somehow didn't get it. Noe that WP opened up again, she jumped on it. Anything else looks bad.

This thread reminds me of a FB discussion in my town about the most popular street for Trick or Treating. It's gotten so big that it draws crowds from neighboring towns too. The street residents go all out to decorate and open up the homes (not just give out candy). So somebody suggested a donation for the owners on the street, and sure enough there wasn't a shortage of indignation of how anyone could even suggest that. After all, people who live on that street can afford an extra bag or two of candy. Never mind that some houses go through thousands of treats on Halloween.

And to keep flogging a dead horse, this is the main issue. Why hasn't Sammy been able to command a higher proportion of targets? On one side of the pole you see a consistent pattern of underutilization across 4 QBs and 4 OCs and attribute it to the changing stage of actors and that being the main reason for lack of consistency. On the other side is the fact that despite his world class talent, 4 QBs and 4 OCs haven't been able to get him more involved in the offense. That is odd, and is not something you would imagine from that talent, because other top WRs have maintained high production across different QBs and OCs.
