This Thread Is For Obama Administration Misdeeds And Lies

Except it hasn't happened yet. Most of the elites are still clinging to the myth that Obama was a good President. -

No white eraser. No Star of David eraser. There must be something hidden in those leaves. -
The Media's Portrayal of Trump and His Presidency

The race may have been more interesting, but that doesn't excuse them painting Blankenship as possibly winning the nomination when he came in a distant third. -

Nobody is arguing that the GOP looks the other way when indiscretions come up. We're laughing at the people who proclaim to fight for "women's rights" but toss an inconvenient woman aside to make sure that the abusive male doesn't lose his election standing. -

Now you're being obtuse. There are plenty of links in this thread. Do your own homework, Sue -

Oh, that's better. A pixelated Star of David eraser. That will show them

It's actually the perfect move, especially following tax reform that frees US companies' funds to return home. Don't know if that was part of Trump's long term strategy (doubtful), but it's surely easier not to worry about $2 trillion tied up overseas.

You make it sound like I'm the only one who thinks that Allen is skittish in the pocket. I don't blame him for not trusting his protection, but don't pretend that there isn't an issue with that part of his game.

Any reason you used a white eraser?

He's going to see much higher level of competition than at those two games, where he clearly got rattled. Granted his supporting cast will be better as well, he'll have to fix his reckless plays. Watching his film reinforces the view that he's still a project. You don't know how the porous protection has played into his muscle memory to bail on the pocket at the earliest sign of trouble. I don't think he'll be able to shed NFL pass rushers with the same ease that he did with lesser competition. His strong arm was his safety valve and I'm guessing that will be his first instinct in the NFL too, which he will need to break. Again, I don't think that he's doomed from the start, just that many people have been focused on the wrong concerns of his game.

The Media's Portrayal of Trump and His Presidency

Read this thread, Greggy provides evidence. Look at who is Manafort's longtime business partner. Look at the name of the firm where he worked. Look at who they worked for on both sides of the Atlantic. Why did that outfit immediately close up shop after Manafort's indictment? Look at the timeline of the Russian lawyer's visa approval. Then come back and say there's nothing there -

The Media's Portrayal of Trump and His Presidency
GG replied to Nanker's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
At this point it's all circumstantial evidence since there are no legal proceedings and everything is under gag orders. But you'd have to be a gator-level partisan hack not to be troubled by what is known - Manafort was not a close Trump ally or family friend. He suddenly appeared on the scene in early 2016 and clearly wasn't vetted by Trump's campaign. Manafort's history is much more aligned with Clinton's circle than Trump's. The Russia collusion story picked up more steam after he came onboard. The meeting with the Russian lawyer is getting weirder, especially when you start asking about her visa approval and the meetings she had that week. You don't have to believe 100% of Greggy's theories, but even if you only took 1/2 of them, they would paint a very scary picture of Fed gov't abuse. -

This means you haven't been following Greggy's posts. For a while, he's been claiming that Manafort was a plant in the Trump campaign and the Russian meeting at Trump Tower was a set up to nail Trump down the road. As time goes by and when you start connecting the dots, the theory becomes more plausible by the day. -
Same here. The vast majority of his passes were right on target. I think decision-making in the pocket is his biggest issue by far.

And the best unnoticed feature of the outfit is how it spreads out when you sit on the toilet. -
Change "Clinton" to "Trump" and it would still apply. Start set a very bad precedent for the government.

NY state attorney general resigned 5-7-18
GG replied to mead107's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
If I may take a page out of your conspiracy books. A few months ago, the bankrupt Weinstein Co. was on the verge of selling itself for $500 million. This was important to Victims of Harvey, because funds would then be available for their claims. But at the 11th hour, Schneiderman filed a lawsuit against Bob and Harvey, which effectively killed the sale. There was zero reason to file the suit at that time. -

So long scumbag, Chuck Rhodes wannabe. Good thing that the left is so focused on erasing the country’s history that they have no time to clean up the present. -

That's why stats only tell you part of the story, and I have a feeling that many of the people who harp on the 57% completion percentage made up their minds about inaccuracy and won't let go, game film be damned. The trouble with the analogy to Bull Durham, etc is that it tries to compare Allen's stats to an action that is solely under Allen's control, like hitting away from a defender, vs something that requires an action from another player, like a WR making the catch. So, I'll offer up the 2017 Hawaii game as an example. Allen came out with a pretty bad stat line 9 for 19, 1TD, 0 INT, 2 sacks. That should be enough to send the pitchforks in high gear. But upon closer inspection, you will find a different story. of the 10 incompletes, there were 4 cringe-worthy dropped passes and a hail mary to end the 1st half. Otherwise, there were really only 2 passes where the receiver didn't have a chance at all. The only criticism of his play in that game was 1 misguided pass that would have been a pick-6 in the NFL. But for 18 other passes, he was on target for nearly all of them -
You can't mention the umentionable
