He was 36-44 (6-10, 7-9,7-9,11-5, & 5-11) as Cleveland's head coach, and went 5-11 2000 with NE, the year before Brady took over for an injured Bledsoe. He started 0-2 (Bledsoe was hurt in the 2nd game), and Brady came in and they went 11-3. Great quarterbacks make great coaches.

Fantastic coach? I think not. He was average/below average until Brady came on the scene.

I'd rather see some type of formation rule for punt formations that would increase the chances of a blocked punt. Give punting a little more risk and you'll see more chances taken on 4th downs.

The last home game before the NHL lockout, I had front row seats right on the blue line directly across from the Sabres tunnel from the locker room. I'll never forget seeing them coming out of the tunnel wearing the blue and gold old logo throwbacks!

Yeah, but 5-10 years ago is a lifetime ago in technology. Look at how smartphones have exploded in popularity in the last five years. Now tablets are hitting their groove with the Ipad, Nook, Fire, Galaxy etc. People are far more accepting of getting their info digitally today over 5 years ago. Not only is it more "normal", but there is also more accessibility. I don't see them having much trouble with this, esp with including a free digital subscription with a delivery subscription.

If they want to have any hope of attracting quality talent to this team via free agency, they pretty much have to sign him, even if it means overpaying a bit. They have to show a commitment to their players, to having a quality team, and a willingness to pay for those things. That said, I'm personally not optimistic.

Don't be silly. Monday morning is reserved for contemplating Tom Brady's hair, followed by pilates and donuts Monday afternoon. It isn't until sometime Tuesday noon-ish that they work on their Bills conspiracy.
