  1. Philly signed McCants and has no interest in Price
  2. it still annoys me darren howard went just a few spots later to new orleans. Oh well sh-- happens
  3. Do yourself a favor and go back to kffl and talk about how rohan davey should've been traded for 2 1st rd picks or cry that no one else on there except the 10,000 "pats fans" respects your team
  4. Congrats on becoming a father, and god bless you, your wife your son and your family with many years of health and hapiness.
  5. Nate clements is a defensive player that scores the first example of someone like that who comes to mind is ed reed (Yes I know he's a safety but still) You don't let players like that just walk. Clements is the best cb in the league, One game against Jimmy Smith isn't going to change my mind. Chump Bailey got owned by a lot of people last year and throughout his career and for some reason people think he's "shutdown" Clements is a difference maker in the secondary, without him our secondary is garbage, the dropoff in production would be huge. Save all the Eric King talk for when he actually does something if not for the injury to Kevin Thomas King is our 5th cb instead of 4th. You don't jump from being the #4 cb to replacing Nate Clements. Terrence Mcgee has potential out this world.... Nate he is not. This isn't similar to the redskins situation when they traded Champ Bailey and a better cb in Shawn Springs was available in free agency. There is no Shawn Springs in free agency this year, or any better cb. Nate Clements is the premiere cb in the league. You simply pay the man his money. Eric Moulds- As much as I love eric moulds and he's been my favorite bill for years, his age is getting up there however a reliable option would have to be found before I'd feel comfortable letting him go. No one's gonna trade for him. He's ours and gets his deal re-done to lower his salary or he's gone. It'll be dissapointing to see eric go, but if he doesn't re-do his contract I'd much rather let him go and use that money to re-signing nate. Personally theres 2 guys in the 1st rd of next years draft who I'd love to get. DT Rodrique Wright and the next Julius Peppers de Mario Williams. If Clements could be taged and traded for a high 1st rd pick in order to get Williams I could learn to accept it, but either way no matter what we need to build defense in the draft next year a lt and moulds replacement.
  6. I think that article more or less proves ruben is a good character guy. He still lives in the community plans to stay after he retires, and kept his mouth shut, as not to offend anyone for past deeds, just put it behind him. I don't see the problem? Yes towards the end of his career here he was called for numerous penalties, but he was a good person and good player. I wish him the best.
  7. than you would realize it was seymour who ran it back for a td
  8. yeah I haven't seen this listed anywhere not at espn or kffl, whats your source?
  9. National Hurricane Center Director Max Mayfield said: "There's certainly a chance it can weaken a bit before it gets to the coast, but unfortunately this is so large and so powerful that it's a little bit like the difference between being run over by an 18-wheeler or a freight train. Neither prospect is good." My Prayers are with the people of the big easy
  10. he would make our defense even better, but only if we can still re-sign nate, than I'd be all for bringing in corey simon. We need our defense to be as good as possible to carry us this season.
  11. in the long run this is a good move for chicago, he's better than rex grossman.
  12. dissapointed that woodbury got cut, I would've rather have him than shane matthews. Not suprised by any of the other cuts. Lee is an afterthought with gates and williams battling it out for the #2 job, and with the amount of kr specialists we have he was a longshot at that as well.
  13. Happy Token Birthday
  14. Look how quick the bears defense penetrated our oline. No push in the run game.... again. It's pretty worriesome for a line suppousedly built to run block they can't push people off the los. It's hard to show speed when you have to dodge defenders in your own backfield.
  15. It's so hard to pick one player, but two immeditatly sprang to mind 1. Ed Reed- Safety imo is quickly becoming the most important position in the defensive secondary and the 2 teams with the best safety "tandems" were in the superbowl last year, however you can't go wrong with the best overall safety in the nfl. 2. Jake Delhomme- I love what this guy brings to the table, and hella underrated. Classic Game manager with the ability to put up #'s and win games for you.
  16. Thank you! Losing that game has sh-- to do with Kyle Boller we lost because of 7 bal | 20 36 203 0 4 The swing pass to deion sanders for a td was one of the worst passes ever. That's another game we "could've" won if not for turnovers by our quaterback last year.
  17. Kyle Boller will never be a good quaterback Never ever ever. His pocket presence is brutal, and I for one have never seen this "strong" arm of his in game situations. He throws some of the worst passes even when he's not under pressure. The Ravens will be lucky to break .500 with Kyle Boller at qb.
  18. Baltimore under Jets Under
  19. Personally I never draft any other position but rb's in the 1st 2 rounds, If you have good rb's you can win the majority of your weeks, Most drafts I've seen you can get kerry collins in later rounds. My last draft I got him in the 9th rd. Collins has some players around him Moss and Porter, he'll put up #'s. 2nd rd is way to early though imo
  20. Since coming to the bills in 2003 Rian Lindell is..... 24-26 from 20-29 yards 13-14 from 30-39 yards 4-10 from 40-49 yards and 0-2 from 50 yards. This shows me since Lindell has been here the coaching staff has had absolutly zero faith in Lindell kicking long range fg's 7 of his 10 attempts from 40-49 came in 2003. It was great to see him hit that 54 yarder yesterday but I'll only be impressed when he makes some kicks that send us to the playoffs.
  21. I'd have to see Angelo Crowell play some significant time this season to have any idea if we can so "easily" replace fletcher. I was never really a London Fletcher fan however his play the last few years has changed my mind. Like him playing on special teams last year, and the one play that sticks out in my mind is in the 1st Bills/Jets game last year seeing fletcher chase down santana moss and bring him down. Evans needs to have at least a 1200 yard season before I'd feel any type of comfortable about replacing moulds. I'd also like to see some type of productivity out of one of the other wr's that would warrant being to let moulds go. I believe we led the nfl last year in least production outside of our #1 and #2 options. I believe Nate is priority #1 but we're not so deep at wr that we can let moulds walk. I'd be more inclined to see Mike Williams take a pay cut get rid of Jeff Posey/Sam Adams/Coy Wire/ Mark Campbell we need some type of youth infusion on defense and Mark Campbell brings nothing but cement shoes and average run blocking to the table. You can get that from any nobody te.
  22. Many Prayers and condolences to The Herrion Family today. R.I.P. Thomas Herrion you will be missed
