  1. He will follow Kurt Warner's footsteps to Arizona and have success there. Kolb will watch from the bench for the next 2-3 seasons or be traded away. just imagine if he played for the Jets and played against Eli's Giants in the Superbowl when it is in New Jersey. Now that would be the NFL's dream come true.
  2. Most of the "cougars" I know wear the nickname like a badge of honor. And Bills fans, myself included, enjoy hearing Berman say we "circle the wagons". Would you rather he point of that we are "circling the drain"?
  3. I only saw a few minutes of the game but I really liked what I saw from Tyrone Crawford from Boise State. Seemed to be aggressive against the pass and run. Was fast around the edge and had a good bull rush. This was the first I saw of him but I was impressed.
  4. That is my current bourbon of choice. I also enjoy the Four Roses single batch.
  5. Can't fault a guy for taking a shot. I personally don't think he should be sued over it. It would be different if he said "hey I'll rip up the ticket if you go out with me". Of course, on the other hand, he could be a creepy stalker and deserves the be fired.
  6. No, but I love that she asked the 911 operator for permission to shoot. Good for her.
  7. That's less than 4 posts per day. I thing PTR is under-acheiving.
  8. Can't wait for this game. I hope we can find a way to beat the Pats*. It would be a great way to start the new year.
  9. New warning lable on cigarettes: WARNING: may cause you to sacrifice a 50 year family tradition and give up football seats you've had for 10 years.
  10. That is damn funny, I feel his pain.
  11. I think that makes it better, not worse. For our kids who became Bills fans after the early 90's, there have been no glory days. As far as they know, we have always been bad. They have no memories and former pride to hang their hats on like we do.
  12. It's all about football. And very well written. Great job Bill13ver.
  13. Play calling with Tebow is born out of neccesity, not genius. Brad Smith is a good wildcat QB but he is no Tim Tebow. Most QB's are not sturdy enough to run the option offense and last more than a few games. I'm not even sure if Tebow will last but he is big enough to take the hits and ellusive enough to make it work. I'll take Chan's offensive play calling over Fox, even if Fox looks better right now because of Tebow.
  14. Can Tebow do it again? I hope so!
  15. Missed it. I was multiple-tasking. Denvers D looks damn good.
  16. Watch the clip, it is in this thread. That was not the case in my opinion. Ware clearly lined him up and hit him when he wasn't looking. It doesn't look like a hard hit but it was enough to knock him over and was not part of the play.
  17. Correct. It takes the big guys awhile to slow down. You can be going near full speed and still be out of the play. I never said Ware intended to hurt Wood, I never even said he should be fined for it. I simply said it was a cheap shot, and it was. He hit a guy who wasn't looking and intentionally knocked him down. The injury was an unfortunate side effect.
  18. Agreed. Cheap shot.
  19. I still disagree. Hitting a guy from behind while he is running full speed or close to it, is a cheap shot. Like I said, the injury wasn't intended, but it still wasn't a fair hit.
  20. I disagree. Wood was looking downfield at the play, which wasn't even near them and Ware came from behind and put his shoulder into him. It was a cheap shot on a guy who wasn't looking or engaged in the play. They were both running so even though he barely hit him, the extra momentum was enough to cause him to fall akwardly. Most likely, he was not intending to hurt Wood, but it was a cheap shot none the less.
  21. Win will fix my mood Injuries are piling up Dolphins are gay sharks
