It was that magical moment when the best player available also happened to fill a position of need, which is why they were willing to move up to get them. With Allen, they were trying to move up to get him even higher than where we picked him and I believe with Edmunds, he dropped down further than they had expected which made him by far the best player available on their board, which made it easily worth the cost in their eyes.

Taking on Blake bortles contract?????

A total basketball move. I was surprised to see it with Osweiler, but to be honest, if we have the cap space and the Jags need to clear some, it would be a worthwhile move. -
Is Tom Brady A Cheater?

This is awesome! I love it. -
I don't think that it is that cut and dry. A loyal fan base is great, but many of these owners want to big their big ego stadiums in cities with a lot of support from major corporations. They want stadiums with sold out luxury seats and high PSL's. I am glad the Pegula's were not tempted by that allure and instead were happy to reward a loyal fanbase by keeping the team where it is and attempting to build a winner in Buffalo.

And the officials -
I have had this argument ad naseum. The argument that they are good enough to win without cheating, does not excuse the fact that they did. It would be like a straight A student and getting caught with notes during a test and then arguing that they knew the information without the notes. Doesn’t matter, it is still cheating.

Uh, I never thought of that angle. I really hope they never get to 4 in a row. -

So first you call Bills fans ignorant, then you discuss your admiration of the Patriots* and now you insult strangers online with insults that don’t even apply? Must be fun hanging around the forum of your second favorite team (unless there are others you haven’t mentioned yet) being an internet tough guy. So that’s when you became a Pats* fan? -

So when exactly did you become a bandwagon Pats* fan Grampa? Did you “admire” them since the Grogan days? It’s ok, plenty of people switch allegiances to the winning teams when the going gets tough. -

Not a real Bills fan in my book if you are busy admiring the Patriots*. But have fun cheering for your new team from your seat on the bandwagon. -

So Bills fans hate the Patriots* because we are ignorant? Ha! ? -

There is no guarantee of that. Glad you have another team to root for Jerry. -
Who were the most UNDERUTILIZED Bills in history
buffaloboyinATL replied to PUNT750's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Marcus Easley. Special teams ace and pre-season stud with 3 career receptions and 1 TD over 6 seasons. I always believed (and still do) that he could have been a good receiver if he would have been given an opportunity. It also would have helped if he could have stayed healthy a bit more. -
I like the alliteration in the title. Kind of like "Fire Fighters feverishly fight flames in Frerdonia'. Details at 11.

Should Bills go after FA TE Demetrius Harris
buffaloboyinATL replied to CEN-CAL17's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Saying he hasn't reached his potential is an understatement. Wasn't he the #1 TE prospect when he came out? I definitely haven't seen any indication of that potential since.
