Around the League Week 16
buffaloboyinATL replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Browns fans booed loudly after a really ugly 3 and out by Mayfield and it looked like he reacted negatively to the crowd. It was hard to tell exactly what he did because they zoomed in too tight on his face, but he definitely gestured back at them. (Not the finger, just hand waves) -
There is one primary reason we lost this game
buffaloboyinATL replied to foreboding's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So true. I know it happens every game, but there were so many plays where our Defense was one step too late, or they jumped to block a pass and missed it by a fraction. We have to get that incremental amount better and we will win these tight games. -
I did not see this mentioned anywhere else, but I might have missed it. Relatively early in the game, Oliver hit Brady as he was throwing the ball and when Oliver went to walk away, Brady hit his leg and tried to trip him. Total b word move and I was praying that Oliver would crush him for it at some point. (He did get a nice hit on him near the goal line late in the game) https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2019/12/21/21033291/watch-tom-brady-tries-to-trip-ed-oliver https://www.google.com/amp/s/nesn.com/2019/12/buffalo-fans-rip-punk-tom-brady-for-trying-to-trip-bills-ed-oliver/amp/ (Thanks for the link @Real McNasty)

No facemask call on Josh's 4th down run.
buffaloboyinATL replied to Peace Frog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Seriously? It’s the QB, with the ball, in a pile with at least 10 other players. How is that easy to miss? It’s not like it was “away from the play”. -

It was very odd that he broadcast team barely mentioned it. -
Circle the Bandwagons. Who is hopping on?
buffaloboyinATL replied to loyal2dagame's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just wait til the game starts. If you’ve ever joined the game day threads, people are jumping off and on the bandwagon on a play by play basis. It is quite fun to watch. ? -

I just saw Kay Adams and Kyle Brandt live at the Bucs stadium. Kay was saying how amazing their fans were, but I saw more Texans and Miami Hurricane gear in the crowd than I did Buccaneers. ? -

Are the Patriots cheating on Special Teams?
buffaloboyinATL replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They’re not cheating, they are filming a documentary on other teams special teams play calling. -
Josh Allen: "Ok, I let you win, now please return John Brown safely, and take that Scott guy wearing number 15 with you".

There is often a feeling here at TBD that the national media has some sort of agenda that they deliver in a coordinated manner, and this only helps fuel it in my opinion. I don't know if someone comes from on high and tells them what to say or if it is just group think where they all start copying each other so as not to be left out. I am seeing that play out now with the sudden Bills love, as well as the very common thread in the way the Patriots* "accidental" filming is being covered. Almost to a man right now I am hearing ESPN spin the Pats* thing as an unfortunate mistake. They are all pointing out the separation between media relations and football operations. It is like no on is even speculating that the media angle could be a convenient cover up for a blatant attempt at cheating. It is clear when ESPN wants a story to go away or get more attention, which makes me believe the NFL has a hand in the messaging.

Bills need a 4th quarter song

We have Shout. Hopefully it is played often in the 4th quarter. -

Right? Watt missed the ball and almost punched Allen in the nuts.
