  1. Me too. I still don't think they're that good but I love the way they play on both sides of the ball.
  2. Relax. Great message when you have Aaron Rodgers. Not so much in our case. Season is over before Thanksgiving. Again.
  3. Pretty standard stuff for a road game. As it was the no-call on the late hit eleven yards out of bounds in our stadium on our bench no less, exactly one play after the Chandler garbage call... I mean ya it didn't decide the game cause the McKelvin punt return put us in a better position than the Chandler catch would've but man... I don't know, Im no Marrone fan but I would've lost my #### by now if I were him, fines be damned. Pull a Phil Jackson and take shots at them in a snarky way, just do something, whatever he's doing this year just isn't working with the stripes.
  4. ... Thanks to a blocked FG. Bills & Lions should be up 14 each & they're combined tied. Cmon lady luck, even out one time.
  5. Bills -1 now despite the ticket count overwhelmingly favoring KC. This has been a theme all year. The sharps love our team.
  6. Thanks for the heads up, I wondered what happened to her. She was always pretty. I'm calling Jets upset today.
  7. I agree. We won't be an appreciably different underdog to GB than we will be @Miami. It's still not wrong to say we need the next 4 though cause 8-4 gets you to 10-6 as best case scenario which may not be enough.
  8. Good points. The '04 Bills and the '08 Dolphins/Pats and probably a lot of other teams benefited from playing the wretched Wests. I guess the South is the new West. Re: Dalton - I've never heard anyone ever claim to be a "Dalton guy". The advanced stat guys don't like him, the film junkies don't like him, and when those guys don't get lucky in the playoffs ('09-10 Sanchez), they don't even get the lame casual fan " clutch" moniker; so there's no pool of supporters to draw from.
  9. They beat the Steelers on Monday night last year, right? I like the quotation marks. Like a lot of people that get hit with that narrative, this is the sort of game that only qualifies as big if they lose. Not that I care for that QB/Coach combo myself..
  10. True, I'd even limit it to the four mentioned. Would need a screenshot of 3.5 'cause it'd last 5seconds before every sharp in the world bet the max on the Bills to bring it back down (which is why it won't go that high in the first place, which was my point).
  11. I said any amount you want. Stipulating that it's a reputable book - pinnacle, bodog, 5dimes,etc. Not sure who betus is but it's +2 now. And there's a gigantic difference between 3 and 3.5; like more signficant than the difference between +2 and -2.
  12. I'll wager any amount you want and lay 10:1 it does not get to 3.5.
  13. What does NE do better than Denver to create said matchup problems? I'll take the team that's better on both sides of the ball.
  14. No. For ESPN talking heads maybe, not for Vegas. KC has been remarkably consistent since their week 1 debacle.
  15. Why would any coach that loves punting as Tomlin does challenge this; shouldn't he want them to go for it?
  16. KC is sort of a junk offense. No TD passes to WR's. They lost two or three OLmen? I don't know how their offense isn't bad. Yet they have played a brutal schedule and are playing better than last year imo. Andy Reid is good. Miami to me is just a blah ok team across the board that's neither great or bad at anything.
  17. How are they showing this game & not Minnesota or did I miss it?
  18. Ya give Chris Myers credit for saying it ahead of time. Naturally he was immediately shot down by token meathead "take the points" color guy. Thought they got a bad spot on 2nd down but w/e.
  19. I don't know. Jauron teams fell behind 13-0 or 14-0 in Denver, St Louis and won. Gailey there were 21-3/21-0 games vs Oakland/NE, the Stevie drop vs Pittsburgh I think was 13-0 too.... Of course those teams were blown out too... But I just think this team is better than prior versions. Better QB, better defense, better WRs. That's one of the reasons this staff takes heat - it's not because anybody expects some schmuck like Josh Reed to be lighting people up.
  20. We're due for like a billion more breaks after the Bears/Texans/Lions/Pats/Vikes games imo. It's a miracle they haven't decided any games yet (assuming the mugging of Woods on the int in Houston wouldn't have ended in a TD drive + OT win).
  21. 17-17, 2min's left, all 3 time outs, 4th&inches on the 1. I go there every time. If any NFL coach had the balls it'd be Chip but no. Meh. I thought they were pretty lucky last week. Houston sorta "NY Jet'd" the game away at the end of the half.
  22. It's just one of a lot of examples of this staff not having a clue how to play to their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. It'd be hard enough to wrap your head around if they were hired two months ago from outer space, but they've helped build the team they want to build, and this is what they do. And on defense they have Mario, et al in on the Jets garbage time TD, but not vs NE down 8 w/ 6mins left. OK sweet.
  23. Like "look at me" threads much? Seems to be all you ever post. Last year was the necessity of having eleven caliber starting CB's in case of injuries. Is there that much of an obsession with ripping the trade here or WGR? It's mostly a "damn that's a gamble, wouldn't have done it but hey, Sammy is great and exciting.." sort of sentiment. But since you brought it up, how would that 8-8 math be looking now if EJ Manuel to Robert Woods was our #1 connection? Because that's what would be happening now without the trade. Of course there is also the opportunity cost ie how much worse are the other guys we could've picked. Oddell Beckham looks pretty good.
  24. I'd sit Brown too. He'll need a TD and/or a ~40 yard screen to have a productive day imo.
