Everett may mean that Peters made the transition
coltrane34 replied to Gavin in Va Beach's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good call it looks like peters has made the transition. It also looks as if the coaches think the line is fine. Hopefully they see more than we do right now. -
Nicknames for Kevin Everett???

The exclamation point! -
This thread must have been started by a finns fan. TD made the pick because he sees more potential than the untrained eye does in the bills offensive line. Maybe the young guys can step up. When an untested player gets the chance to step up usually good things happen. Here is to the no name offensive line of the playoff bound 2005 Buffalo Bills.

Dan Canada is very secret

Does anyone realize that the bills were one game out of the playoffs last year? This is not a rebuilding peroid, not a time to take a step back in order to plan for the future. The future is now young QB's can get good teams over the hump, especially with great defenses to back them up. Keep clements and pay him next year. He plays many facets of the game and is a key aspect of their highly rated defense.

All they need is two RBs with knee problems

Why do people praise TD for not overpaying?

They are restructuring his contract as we speak -

Why do people praise TD for not overpaying?
coltrane34 replied to jahnyc's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Your right it is all relative, obviously TD and the front office has a plan and they are not going to deviate from it by jumping after players that are not worth their contracts. They must think that there will be other players that will be cut from there teams or players that can be dratfed to fill the o-line holes. Just because they don't tell us what their plan is dosn't mean they don't have one or wont pay top money for available players. -
Is David Baas worthy of our first pick

Trade Travis on Draft day in order to move up and get Boss...He could be the man -
Those grades are absolutely wrong. Many of those players are young and beginning to perform. Recievers especially need three years out of college to be serously graded. Jonathan Smith in the sixth round and Lee evens the best rookie reciever in the draft are steals. Plus the LB corps is possibly the best in the league. You also have to consider the huge amout of dead cap space TD got rid of and the limited free agents that want to come to a city like Buffalo. There is a whole business side of this that you overlook. All I have to say is that he must be a genius for taking Willis when everyone else passed him by. Give the guy some more credit he has done tremendous work for the team and the city of Buffalo.

Oh my god will you people get of the roids. Players will do as much as they can to gain an edge without getting caught. It has nothing to do with Mould's having a better third year than his first two, he is going through the normal progression of an NFL widereciever. Plus HGH was not illegal then so more power to him. His declining numbers also have a lot to do with the teams that the bills have fielded around moulds.

McDougle gone, Pace probably traded
coltrane34 replied to JP-era's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dude chill, the bills do not want to overpay for other people's trash. Pace is just solidifying a position for the rams to re-sign him. There is no way that they let him go, he just wants to get a better contract. There is no need to jump at every fish in the sea and look silly in front of the league. -
Of course she is going to get the money, the person being interviewed just couldn't officially say that without getting the ok from above.

The Bills should pass on taking DeMulling
coltrane34 replied to Fake-Fat Sunny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So not signing him has nothing to do with his play or lockerroom presence? It dosn't matter how much posturing he has to do as long as he or anyone gets to these first mini camps to begin working with Krumrie. The rest is all part of the negotiating process. -
Do You Think Its Possible...
coltrane34 replied to SouthTownBills51's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
For the last time he is not a rookie, and there are 10 other players on that side of the ball. If anything younger players would come for $$$$ and the chance for future wins. -
Should the Bills make a play for Plaxico Burress
coltrane34 replied to The Wiseguy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Estas Loco, No Plaxico trabajar en Buffalo. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...I mean Gooooaaaalll....... -
Jennings never played a full season. Espn reported that he was the worst signing in receint history for the niners, it was not worth paying Jennings for the play he delivered. Krumrie made a decient line last year with injuries and new personell. They still have many players that can fill the void, remember that Jason Peters could be the most athletic tackle in the league. Give some of these young guys a chance to prove themselves.
