It's funny that this season people are going nuts over the nasty lake erie winds/precip. Last season it was Cleveland that had a bunch of crappy weather games while the Bills skated by with road games those weeks or a bye.
dummies, take the 3 points. it’s still a low scoring game. i’m old school. i hate all the going for it stuff early in games when you don’t really need to yet.
You would think by now, Daboll, Josh and the offense understand how to play in the wind in that stadium. Ya can’t waste too many downs throwing 20+ yard patterns in those conditions either into the wind or against it. All it does is waste a down or risk a pick.
At least it’s not like Vegas or the LA Chargers. Those teams never have a true home field advantage. So many visiting fans go on long weekend trips to root their teams on in those cities.
I guess it’s good that Buffalo is not really a weekend destination city. But it is a bucket list type stadium for hard core NFL fans. i know quite a few who always tell me they really want to experience a game in Buffalo someday. And i’ve taken a few.
Hey, does anyone know what the weather will be like for Monday night? just curious. 😆
All i know is that in last year's playoff game vs. Baltimore.. the conditions weren't good for passing. The winds were blowing. Baltimore averaged like 500 yards rushing per game...and the not-so-good Bills D shut em down.
All i know is that if Mac Jones, a rookie from Jacksonville, FL and Tuscaloosa engineers a victory over the Bills in a must-win game in our Orchard Park December weather, i will lose my sh!t.
I think he means it's bad luck because these rain/wind/precip days have been hitting on Sunday afternoon gamedays this fall (and now predicted for Monday eve). The other days during those past weeks have been mostly uneventful weather-wise. All bets are off once you get into December though. Lot's of crummy days ahead.
