  1. http://buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=5978 lynch's cousin, new article today
  2. Lol, I'll gladly say the same about men. It's human nature. The minority, is those who can be calm when things go wrong, most people lie to protect themselves. She stated that she started it, afterwards. Now, I don't know why they would still be together if he is so bad.
  3. Its because the majority of women lose their temper, do stupid stuff, and don't take accountability for their actions.
  4. Dude, he isn't a baby beater, give it up. Its crazy, he is still with his girlfriend going on ten years and he loves his child. Superstar athlete has same girlfriend for almost 10 years and she got drunk and came at him. Its a regular routine post girlfriends 8th beer in my house. He simply protected himself. She addmitted she lied about hitting the kid. Seriously
  5. Well if you put it that way... That's a very poor way to ask a poll question. He is not a baby killer. You've made mistakes in your life too. Robyn Niedzweicki, spokeswoman for the Allen County prosecutor's office, said the charge was dismissed after Hardy completed a six-month program. Hardy received counseling in communication improvement and anger management at his own expense, authorities said. Hardy's girlfriend, Kyra Nolan, 22, told emergency personnel that Hardy hit her and their infant son, according to a probable-cause affidavit. But during a June 13 hearing she testified that she phoned 911 to "get at" Hardy and said the incident was a "big misunderstanding." http://www.wthr.com/global/story.asp?s=7913456 Hardy faces tough questions at combine http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afr3PoA9ibI James Hardy Highlights http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=33065 Bio/test results Dude is good
  6. What if DRC was available and Dallas gave up #22 and #28 which is realistic if they really really want the guy. Its not far off the draft chart from a perfect trade. Then trade 2nd and 3rd to San Diego for their 1st #27... I'd draft Hardy, Devin Thomas, and Antoine Cason, in the 4th Martin Rucker, see mock for 5th-7th.
  7. Speaking of corner, I heard that Dallas really wants DRC. This is the ideal spot for Dallas to trade down for him. Its possible that the Bills can realistically get both of Dallas 1st rd picks straight up. If that is the case I'd take Hardy at #22 because that is about right where he should be drafted if you went to the big board. #28 Kenny Phillips FS Miami 6-2 212 40=4.48, 225=19 reps, Vertical=34 Excells with making big plays by making big hits and in coverage. Is fast enough and confident enough to also play CB, although he lacks the savvy to recognize recievers fakes in one on one coverage. Very good tackler and plays the run with the mentality of a LB. Phillips has the rare ability to be successful in both coverage and Run support. Its more of a luxary pick based on his potential impact on a cover 2 defense. Teamed him up with Whitner, and Ko can play too moving whitner inside on nickel, dime, and quarter packages.
  8. Phillip Merling, DE In my opinion the Giants awesome trio of DE has everyone thinking DE in this years draft class. Merling is a classic LE but not a top 15-20 talent. I feel the same way about Derrick Harvey not being a top 11 talent. Felix Jones, RB Was second fiddle to a maybe another overated prospect McFadden. I'm not sure about his durability and ability to break tackles. Joe Flacco, QB Big arm, but couldn't get in the lineup for pitt. Just like every year, a big strong armed qb that doesn't have the mental capasity for the NFL is drafted way too high. Justin King, CB I'm a Penn State fan and I can't stand to watch him play. He gets abused by everyone. Amazing athlete, that just doesn't play up to his potential. Martellus Bennett, TE His upside as a blocker is very good, but he seems to lumber in routes, into his breaks, and after the catch. I'm not sure if he shows the speed or agility to put up a high reception total. He is pretty good but I think he will be the 4th TE selected, not the 1st.
  9. I love them all! They take forever. I like your mock Mark. I like a bunch of different guys at the same positions...
  10. lol, I kinda wonder about that myself... Regardless they are still together going on 10 years
  11. some more facts: Also I found out that he was suspended from the team because he and his teamates went across state lines with some kegs, which are illegal in Indiana. He took all the blame and he was suspended for it. You can try to find the worst article or you can try to find some good articles. I looked and here are some different angles on the situation. Here is a story about interviews at the combine he had: http://www.wthr.com/global/story.asp?s=7913456 I cut this out of IU's newspaper: Charge against Indiana's Hardy dismissed Associated Press February 18, 2007 FORT WAYNE — A domestic battery charge against Indiana University wide receiver James Hardy has been dismissed. Hardy, 21, was arrested in May in his hometown of Fort Wayne and was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery after an alleged attack on his girlfriend and their infant son. He avoided a trial on the criminal charges by agreeing to take part in a pretrial diversion program in August. Robyn Niedzweicki, spokeswoman for the Allen County prosecutor's office, said the charge was dismissed Wednesday after Hardy completed the six-month program. Hardy received counseling in communication improvement and anger management at his own expense, authorities said. Hardy's girlfriend, Kyra Nolan, 22, told emergency personnel that Hardy hit her and their infant son, according to a probable-cause affidavit. But during a June 13 hearing she testified that she phoned 911 to "get at" Hardy and said the incident was a "big misunderstanding." Hardy received an honorable mention on this season's All-Big Ten team.
  12. That is not true. The proper research has been done... Another option in rd 3 if Pollak is not available is Josh Johnson QB San Diego. I like his athletism. He could be one heck of a backup and be happy playing with his favorite cousin.
  13. malcolm kelly ran a 4.75, and a 4.68 at his pro day Welcome to the team James
  14. Now let me start by saying that I like the pick of James Hardy a lot more if the Bills were to trade down. But here is a possible draft scenario if the Bills draft Hardy at 11 and were not able to trade down. I'll try to be very realistic in what rd the player is projected: #11 RD 1 James Hardy WR IU 6-6 217 40=4.47, 225=18 reps, Vertical=37.5" With phenominal size, he has potential to develop into an elite reciever. Long arms give him great reach. He has the leaping ability of a basketball standout; both attributes help him draw pass-interference penalties. Is and instant red zone threat. Can jump over defenders and has an amazing abilty to snatch to ball out of the air. Also shows the ability to slide and catch the low balls. Shows good speed and rarely gets caught once by a defender. #41 RD 2 Fred Davis TE USC 6-4 257 40=4.68, 225=24 reps, Vertical=33" Former wide reciever has obvious offensive skills. Runs crisp routes, quickly gets into seems of the defense, catches the ball naturally and thrived in an nfl-type offens. Rarely drops passes and has the agility and quickness to get off the line. Built like Antonio Gates, and models his game after Tony Gonzalez. #72 RD 3 Mike Pollak C ASU 6-4 301 40=4.99, 225=29 reps, Vertical=25" Improved throughout college, finishing the clear top center prospect of the draft. Has a considerable amount of natural strength and generally gains the physical advantage when he hits a defender first. Shows a good understanding of the game and solid technique, although he has a few holes that will require extra coaching. Blessed with strength and rare athleticism for his position, Pollak seemed to improve with each passing game. #114 RD 4a Chevis Jackson CB LSU 6' 192 40=4.52, 225=13 reps, Vertical=36" This savvy, experienced player coming from a major collegiate program will be a valuable role player somewhere. Is projected as a 3rd or 4th rd pick: lacks the speed, athletism to be a higher pick. Will be a fine press corner showing strength and the ability to stay close to defenders off the line. Couls step in right away in the right system and he uses solid technique. #132 RD 4b Owen Schmitt FB WVU 6-2 247 40=4.72, 225=26 reps, Vertical=31.5" Schmitt is truely a throwback fullback who is a devastating blocker and had amazingly broken 10 facemasks in his career at West Virginia. He also lined up as Te on passing downs giving him some versatility. He is projected to go in the 4th or 5th rd. Offers valuable size and experience. Lacks the size and speed to play tailback and is more of a blocker. #147 RD 5 Rudolph Hardy DE Howard 6-2 270 40=4.72 Another small school defensive end that has put up big numbers against lesser talent. Shows the strength to blow up the TE and get through the OT. Good in run support, and had 9.5 sacks last season. He is climbing up the draft boards as a potential sleeper and a pass rush specialist until he adjusts to the size and speed of the NFL OTs. He is far from a finished product. Needs to get stronger and develope more moves to be an every snap player. #179 RD 6 King Dunlap OT Auburn 6-9 312 40=5.26, 225=21 reps, Vertical 30" Struggled through an inconsistent senior season, even getting benched after he came back from an ankle injury that forced him to miss 3 games. But he has the size and athletism to warrant a late rd pick as a developental OT prospect. He needs to play with much more aggresiveness and physical play. He was named the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week following Auburn's 38-13 victory over Tulane Oct. 21, after earning a 99 percent overall grade with four pancake blocks, four cockroach blocks and four rodeo blocks. #219 RD 7a Andy Studebaker OLB Wheaton 6-3 251 40=4.51, Josh Buchanan, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports the Buffalo Bills are scheduled to meet with Wheaton DL Andy Studebaker. He has huge 07 stats 17.5 sacks, 24.5 taskles for loss and 8 passes defensed. First team all cciw. Small school prospect that is a hard worker and has the skills to make a roster on special teams. #224 RD 7b Lance Leggett WR Miami 6-3 194 40=4.43 this is way better than I can explain: http://www.onnetworks.com/videos/draftguys...ce-leggett---wr #251 RD 7c Paul Smith QB Tulsa 6-1 208 40=4.98, vertical 27, 3 cone 7.02 Had inflated numbers with Tulsa's pass happy system. Is a natural playmaker with good mechanics who can deliver the ball with surprising zip. I would be very happy with this draft overall. I did't let any player slide for than a half a rd in the projections that i used. Go ahead and tear it apart:)
  15. I've been searching for the results all day. I tore my mcl and have the day off listening to sirius, they will report it...
  16. Also I found out that he was suspended from the team because he and his teamates went across state lines with some kegs, which are illegal in Indiana. He took all the blame and he was suspended for it. You can try to find the worst article or you can try to find some good articles. I looked and here are some different angles on the situation. 17. I see your point. I would seriously get to know the guy if I was the GM and had interest in him. The one thing that sticks out to me is that he has had the same Girlfriend for 9 years now. AS a superstar athlete, thats gotta be hard to do. She totally changed her tune when he was gonna get in trouble. As far as I know, they are still together and happy. James talked about how wonderful his child is and being a dad is. Then he touched on how happy and excited his family is right now. I believe he is engaged or married now... No offense, But I don't think anything I've read, seen, or heard can change your mind. You would have to look at people a little differently first...
  18. Thanks for the article thats was good to read. I agree that doesn't sound like he's a good man. I will say that it doesn't convince me he is a baby beater/abuser. I was solely basing my judgement on the film, stats, and two 10 minute interviews I've heard on sirius. He does seem to be a NICE man. At least on the radio:) I'm really not trying to convince you to like him or say that we absolutely need to draft him. I'm just trying to share my lightly educated opinion. I'd be very happy with Kelly, Sweed or Hardy. In my opinion, any of these guys should do. I do believe that Hardy has the most upside. But only if he really is a good or nice man. Actually, I like him even if he is nasty. But, not if he is a baby beater. People lie a lot, I don't see any charges of child abuse.
  19. I'm having a hard time finding the article that Hardy dragged his girlfriend and a 1 year old down a flight of stairs. If you are correct I agree! That is inexcusable. Actually, I can't even find the article about whatever he addmitted to doing. I actually have heard him speak for 20 minutes. I'm just trying to relay what I've heard and how I felt. I'm sorry if that offends you. Phillips didn't convince 99% of everyone that has ever talked to him he is a good man. Now I may be way off with the percentages but I'm willing to believe that if you met the guy, you'd like him. Or should I say, If I met the guy, I'd like him... I'm sure that you and a lot of posters are all saints. But I have made lots of mistakes, lost my temper hundreds of times and did a lot of drugs, sex, and a ton of stupid stuff in college. Now, I don't lose my temper ever, don't use drugs, Am a good man, and have made all of my peers very proud. If I listened to guys like you, I would be on welfare.
  20. I've heard the same thing... Mainly, my point to the post was the potential he represents. As of right now, every wr entering the draft has some sort of issue. I also like Malcolm Kelly and Limus Sweed. Devin Thomas isn't a natural at catching the ball, at least as far as it appears to me. He doesn't use his fingertips like the other 3. Kelly has thigh issues and is already considered injury prone before ever stepping foot in the NFL. The same thing can be said about sweed, add the trouble beating press coverage. THere is coaching that needs to be done. My thoughts are that Hardy has had not only the least amount of coaching, but more than likely the worst players around him. He almost single handidly carried his team to a bowl game which is a huge accomplishment for IU. I really hope that we get a tall wr in rd 1 simply because of the need at TE in rd 2. In my opinion rd 2 is a very good value for a TE that can step in right away= Fred Davis
  21. I hope you are wrong... I agree, if they didn't research him they probably would look at his past problem and not put him on the board. Did you actually research the guy though? He is very impressive. I urge you to open your mind and look at the youtube film, and his test results. Hear what people have to say about him. Listen to him talk. He is a good man. I think.
  22. This guy is the guy. He really is the elite talent. An absolute giant. He has good hands. He can Jump out of the gym. He has a weekly spot on sirius and he is definately the player in this draft with the most upside. He is good enough to start for us right now. He has all of the tools to develope into the greatest wr of all time. Look at his workout numbers: http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profile.php?pyid=33065 here is some stuff I just randomly found, look at all of it: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/draft08/news/story?id=3182235 http://iuhoosiers.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl...dy_james00.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afr3PoA9ibI Now, I'm not saying that the Bills should draft this guy at #11 but I wouldn't be upset if they did. Although I'm not entirely sure when it is, I've been trying to catch his weekly spot on sirius. So far, I have heard him twice. He is a very intelligent man. He is well spoken and the hosts agree that he has a very high ceiling. He has now focused his career on football after realizing that it is his true love after his freshman year. I believe that he is sincere in the statements he has made. He claims that he had a lot of growing up to do and he is a different man now than he was 2 years ago and to me, he has really silenced anybody that has done research trying to find the character flaw... He is a good man. He will be an elite wr for a long time. mark my words. Every team that passes on him will regret it. He is NOT injury prone as of now. If he is available to draft, I say get him. I'm smelling a trade up from our 2nd or a trade down from our 1st and this is our guy... LOL, I hope!
  23. That would be awesome, especially if he played for his current contract...
