  1. Boy would he have looked good in a Bills uni the last 6 seasons! Then maybe we could have focused on the lines a little more in the draft.
  2. Some may disagree, but I think Kansas City will be much more competitive this year. Pioli will have that team turned around quickly. The subtraction of Herm Edwards will do that team wonders. I don't see them being neccesarily good, but 7-9 (same a s the Bills most likely) is forseeable. A good play for over/under for season wins for sure! I also like the fact that they are in a weaker division.
  3. It's funny you mentioned Buddy Nix. After the draft I was very curious what impact he had on the draft for us, basically who were the guys he went to bat for when we were on the clock. I have a gut feeling that a couple of the guys we picked high were guys he certainly signed off on. On another note: It'd be amazing to sit in on a draft and actually see the inner workings and behind the scenes dealings that take place in the war room. Probably an amazing setting for any die hard football fan. If someone gave me the choice of a pair of Super Bowl tickets or an invitation to sit in on the Bills draft it would be a no brainer: Bills war room (I know many would disagree, but that's just me)
  4. Yea, i can imagine it being difficult to upgrade 4 seats together. Where are your current seats located?
  5. I know that the seat relocations for season ticket holders has started up again and will be ongoing the next week or so. Just wanted to see what other season ticket holders were experiencing as far as upgrades. With a seniority date of 6/4/2002 my call in date was today, May 11. This morning I got through at about 9:05AM and upgraded a set of 2 tickets (Section 115, Row 27) and 2 tickets (Section 114, Row 28) to 4 tickets together (Section 113, Row 6). Would have liked to get higher than row 10, but this was the best they could do and it's tough to turn down a 1 & 2 section upgrade towards midfield. Anyhow, like I said I wanted to hear about the jumps other fellow season ticket holders received. Feel free to chime in. Also for anyone sitting between the 40 yard lines, how long did it take to get there? I'm at about the 25 yard line after 7 years and wanted to know how much longer I have to go for true midfield tickets. Thanks guys!
  6. Tim, Now that Levi has been officially cut have the Bills contacted him? Please let us know if you hear anything regarding the situation. Thanks.
  7. According to what Tim Graham has been saying you're absolutely right. If the Bills ae indeed serious there is no reason he shouldn't be signed by Thursday night. Worst case scenario we have another so so LT in the mix for depth. Best case we get an above average LT for 2 years. I would be happy with his signing.

  9. who's to say the panther didn't offer the Bills the same deal to move uo to #42 to snatch Everette Brown. I'm sure the 49ers weren't the only team fielding calls from the Panthers looking to move up. With as many holes as the bills had I find it hard to believe they would have been willing to lose a pick even if it was for a #1 next year.
  10. Apparently a very lazy player who carried a sense of entitlement, because of who his brother was. Got absolutely manhandled, and I mean abused, in the all star games and off season workouts and dropped off the face of the earth.
  11. Sully has more than likely never even heard of Nolan Nawrocki, nor the reports that the Steelers were probably taking Wood at #32.
  12. BTW of our first 5 picks not one player is rated below #56 on Nawrocki's Top 100 Value List. Maybin #16 Wood #36 Levitre #44 Byrd #54 Nelson #56 Not bad at all. I think out of this group you're looking at a guaranteed 2-3 starters on opening day with the potential for all 5 to be starting by midseason (perhaps with the exception of Maybin who may just be a pass rush guy in year 1).
  13. Agreed. I think it is a foregone conclusion that he is has a lot of inside knowledge due to relationships with teams. He's also a very under the radar guy who probably does not run his mouth, which means teams would be comfortable slipping him some important information. It wouldn't surprise me if many teams almost tip their hand to him hence the reason he waits until just a few hours before the draft to release his final version. Whatever he does I hope it continues.
  14. Actually when the Bills were on the clock I was thinking Eric Wood would make sense solely based on his mock draft. Without his 1st round projection I would've been left to think the bills really reached for a center, but I do not think that was the case after all. In fact I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have lasted past #32 if we didn't take him. I think Wood is going to make the biggest difference for us this year, watch our RB's YPC go up big time for runs up the middle.
  15. I know we've talked about his expertise in mock drafts leading up to the draft and afterwards, but this article provides the proof. Just wanted to pass on how good this guy has been. If you didn't take advantage of his knowledge this draft season make sure to do so next year. No one else in the business is this accurate. Gosselin of the Dallas News does not even come close. http://www.profootballweekly.com/PFW/NFLDr...mockresults.htm
  16. The Albany Conquest of AFL 2 renamed themselves the albany firebirds going into this season. Hence the confusion.
  17. Overall it seems Dick Juaron simply lacks the confidence that I believe a successful head coach must have. Too often you hear head scratching quotes like: "we"re going to try and steal a win", "We're going to have to play very good football to beat them", "it's very tough to win in this league". He always plays the role of we're the younger, less experienced (aka worse) team. Its almost like he wants to point out the reasons why the team may lose the game before the game is even played. I just think his attitude of mediocrity has seeped down into the entire organization and eventually a change will need to be made. I still want to puke when I think about not getting that field goal attempt off against New England this past season to end the first half. It's those plays that fall square on the shoulders of the head coach. I don't care how nice and respected he is, you need to know how to manage a game and motivate your players to be the best they can. To this point I would say Juaron has really done nothing but continuously disappoint as head coach of the Bills.
  18. Haha, it's funny you noticed that. I was thinking the same exact thing when I was watching the press conferences the other day. Unbelievable really.
  19. I believe there were confirmed reports that the Chiefs were looking to move down, but no one wanted to come up.
  20. As a whole a good amount of the predictions were actually not too bad. And yes your post has been declared the winner. 2 for 2 and they were both definitely surprises. We'll do it again next year.
  21. Some far fetched scenarios here that didn't pan out. But you did hit on the Andre Smith pick, and you had Pettigrew coming off the board at the 20 spot, only not to the Lions, but still some credit is due.
  22. Thank god you were absolutely off on this one. I would've puked.
  23. Correct, good call. If they had gone in another direction at #11 who knows if they would've considered him at #28.
  24. or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7. That is if you don't consider Levitre as a tackle, which he probably won't be in the pros. I'm fine with it though I though the interior was bigger need and we certainly addressed that
