I'm sure it is successful to a degree. If the NFL wants to have real success in Europe, they would forget about London, and play these overseas games in Germany. NFL football is very popular there. During the last years of NFL Europe, I believe it was 5 of the 8 teams in the league, played in Germany.

Guess the Bills will have to do a lot of schmoozing in order to sell to other players to come here.

It's ideal that these are the home teams. The Chargers play in a soccer stadium, and the Raiders are in a lame duck city.

So are the Bills looking into trading Glenn or will they outright cut him? Sounds like Brown is out of here, and the Bills are just trying to make it sound like they really want him. So if another team signs Brown, the Bills can say, "Oh well, we tried." That surprises me about Cousins. His contract demands will be enormous, but if the Bills think he's worth the money, so be it. I've been saying that Star will be a target since July.

Very good analogy. This is a very important off season for McDermott. I feel confident that he will make the right decisions for the Bills. We shall see.

I'm sure he misses playing the game. It's a rush for players being out there. Having said that, you can hear in his voice that he is enjoying his new career. I just get the feeling on one of his broadcasts he'll start singing....."Turn out the lights, the party's over..."

This would be ideal. It would be a lot better for us if Glenn returns healthy and is back at LT. Then we can focus on getting new interior lineman this off season.

There will be turnover on the roster, but I don't see the Bills getting rid of 30 players.

Could you picture McDermott wanting the Bills to run the spread offense?

I would be fine with either one. I don't think Rudolph or Allen are Week 1 starters, but they have good potential. I really want to see how Rudolph does in the Senior Bowl.
