  1. PM Sackmarino, he might have it or Fezmid.
  2. Fletcher is much like Jerry Rice with regard to work ethic.
  3. Excellent freakin read man! Thanks for posting it. Saved to my archives. Good stuff. Loved this one: SI: If you had to bet whether a team will make four straight Super Bowls, as your Bills did, what's your call? Levy: First, commissioner Tagliabue will not allow me to bet. And, yes, but only if I coach it. BTW, what issue was this? I want to read the whole thing and find a copy of this for sale on E-bay.
  4. I don't think our probs ever lay with the QB, WR's, or RB's. *hint hint* If the real problem is solved we should have a winning season.
  5. I don't think we re-sign him. Let Ezekial play now.
  6. This won't matter unless he's under center and wins the SB again. Otherwise, I think you'll see certain type of activities forbidden in player contracts. Well alot more prevalent now than before.
  7. ROFL! My, what a sinful union............
  8. Indeed, much like Fletcher missing these too.
  9. I think he does make it. Gates will be released. The coaching staff was none too happy last year when he wouldn't hit the hole; instead Lionel took it upon himself to run outside the tackles and achieving nothing. This is from something I read.
  10. Wow. Making a rookie the starting QB was not a mistake? How did he outplay DB? Did Holcomb outplay DB? Wow.
  11. Amen! He is the reason Bruce had a resurgence in Buffalo that he did when Phil arrived. Sure, he won Defensive POTY because of what Paup did the year before, but Hansen had a lot to do with that as well.
  12. Fruitie retiring and RJ coming back; is this a sign of an impending apocalypse?
  13. I hope so but I doubt it unless we can stop the run from the front four and little help from the backers. BTW, people seem to forget who those big name DE's have on that line with them. I know for a fact these guys are not beating double teams constantly and putting up those numbers. They have help from the other side or a stud DT.
  14. Cuz he looks like and behaves like RJ. They're both Left Coasters after all.
  15. I think you left out the 2000 draft which played a huge part in our suckiness.
  16. A very astute oberservation, Mike. If for some reason, the coaching staff believes this, then I think it will be Crowell who'll play the middle. Spikes, will not be as good as he once was; other players who suffered the same injury never were.
  17. It makes you wonder why the Bills haven't signed "Depends" as a corporate sponsor.
  18. Man, if the Sabres do win it all it will put pressure on the Bills to win the SB. I'll be watching the Sabres tonight.
  19. Oh man, you guys are proclaiming the starter w/o even being sure about the line.
  20. No, I very much understand this is a team where the glory/blame is shared! However, the Smurfs minions always decided to make it about him. This is very wrong. Like saying he saved the Bills from moving! LOL! We had the Tennessee game won till Porter screwed it all up. In Mijami, we didn't have a chance and we were on the goal line! I'm all about winning. I am a Bills fan, first and foremost, not a player fan. But I do have my favorites and when they leave, I forget about them.
  21. I'm barely 10 years older than you are and I've watched plenty of games. The marquee names coming out of college always struggle in the NFL as QB's. History has proven this if you care to read up on it. A rookie at this position has yet to lead his team to a SB victory convincingly. Big Ben did what he was told and didn't make mistakes; so did Brady. Beating 3 teams by a combined 9 points is hardly crushing your opponent. Both had stellar defenses that won it for them and in the Pats case a kicker who didn't miss on turf. HOF quarterbacks will tell you it was very hard for them when they were green.
  22. Wow. Selective memory. He did get his chance to start a playoff game. It was on the road too just like RJ's. But, and here's the kicker, when RJ left the game, we had the lead and the win! The Smurf fumbled away our victory. Nuff said; case closed!
  23. Heh, that cleared everything up.
  24. Saw it; brought tears to my eyes.
