  1. His price actually is more likely to go down or stay the same. QB market is already set. Last year I felt the Bills better get White signed before Ramsey, but there really isnt anyone that will increase the QB market.
  2. It "should" rise. Why are you being difficult? It's called a projection. The salary cap is projected to rise significantly. People get paid a lot of money to make projections based on real data. Obviously some things can't be included in projections, like what if a pandemic is killing hundreds of thousands of people in a year.
  3. Obviously things can change because of factors outside of the NFL's control.
  4. Watt is acting like this decision is his and that he can take his time. So selfish.
  5. If you're cap number is too high for the performance the team is receiving then they may be willing to take on some dead cap to release you. Maybe only saving a small amount of cap space. There is a risk, but very minimal.
  6. We saw how the adjusted with Klein. McDermott can make it work. I think he's a much better football player than Klein.
  7. Our running backs lack explosiveness, but I still believe our lack of production out of the running game was more scheme and mentality than anything else. The Bills just didn't go into many games trying to run the football.
  8. You have to be certain that these players will be able to perform at a high level 3 years from now. The risk is there with any restructure like this but I think the risk is low with these players. The cap should also rise. With an Allen contract drafting becomes even more important because you will depend on draft picks to perform immediately on good teams. John Brown, Lee Smith, and 1 of Butler/Jefferson are likely cuts. After that I'm not sure. Beane could easily rebuild the DL next year and release Addison, Butler, and Jefferson.
  9. I don't want to replace Milano with Dodson. I also don't want to start Dane Jackson at CB. These are options, very unlikely the Bills depend on them.
  10. Basically I'm fine with everything you said. This year we must go cheap at weak side LB. We might not find a suitable replacement this offseason. McDermott will make it work though. Improve DL and CB and we'll be OK this year. Dane Jackson was good in a small sample. I also feel we could say the same of possible Milano replacement Dodson.
  11. You know what's crazy about our running backs? Every single one of them, Singletary, Moss, Yeldon, and Williams averaged over 4 yards per carry.
  12. I know his injury history. Bills need to worry about upgrading the OL, DL, and CB. Find a plug at weak side LB for the year.
  13. Athleticism. Every player is a play away from injury. For the price the risk is minor.
  14. College teammates. Friends. This was all talked about last offseason. I think Kirksey turned us down for Green Bay though. Reminds me of John Brown turning us down for Baltimore only to sign with Buffalo the following year. Kirksey can replace Milano for at least a year.
  15. 1st thing people have to do is look at TV ratings across all television. It's not like NFL is down and everything else is thriving. Also have to understand who dominates TV add revenue. It's the NFL. They will likely get whatever they want.
  16. They were talking about this on some radio show. Players may only sign for 1 or 2 years because the cap is going to skyrocket in 2023. I think Patrick Mahomes set the market for QB's though. Allen would have to take his game to another level next 2 years. It's possible.
