Bills can restructure Josh Allen to creat a lot of space. The biggest thing is with Josh Allen’s contract the Bills can push a lot of cap into the future and worry about it years down the road. We’re talking a 30th-32nd pick. Let’s be realistic. You never have that many 1st round prospect grades in any given year. So we’re basically talking about a 2nd round graded player at our 1st round pick in 2023. I think the key with McCaffery is the contract. Is he open to a restructure and possible pay cut to finish out his career in Buffalo.

What a strange thought process. OBJ tore his ACL in October 2020. 16 months later tore his ACL again. But the never healthy guy is CMC? CMC has had some recent injuries but they’re all easy to come back from. OBJ will have to impact right away after ACL.

Most of the deals will be incentive based. His pay day comes from whatever team gets him the most production in a short period of time. He won’t cash in until the offseason.

Bills have openly talked about OBJ and allowed players to openly recruit OBJ. CMC they denied and are keeping quiet. Beane absolutely loves CMC.

There’s just no way OBJ is ready to be OBJ immediately after returning from an ACL. The problem is he won’t have time to ramp up.

All injuries are different but the Bills activated Tre White 11 months after his ACL. We could realistically see OBJ ready to play in January.

To me the Von talk sounds like a friend trying to get his friend the best deal possible. The more talk the more I don’t believe he’s on the Bills radar. But he did sneak in and out of Buffalo a few days ago so what was that about? Just visiting friends?

I think the Bills will bring in a WR and a RB. 100% they will add a veteran WR in the next 2 weeks.
