  1. Bama better figure something out and in a hurry. Because if the gaytors and crimson tide played today, UF would stop them and we'd be seeing another 41-10 type score. Florida has been rolling since the loss. Ideally, FSU beats UF and then UF beats bama in the SEC title game and then the rest of the country is happy.
  2. No, they arent. Now go away you bandwagon trolling
  3. If Trent continues regressing, i expect 3.5 INTs next week.
  4. We feel the bandwagon is moving along rather nicely. The axels and wheels just need to execute better. [/Jauron]
  5. Beast Mode - Sure, most of us expected a 7-10 win season. However, when you start 4-0 and 5-1, you ARE expected to finish better. 8 or 9 wins after starting 5-1 is simply unacceptable. That shows a breakdown in coaching. Something like 90% of teams that start 4-0 make the playoffs, and currently, we're well on our way to being part of the other 10%. As for the injuries, they happen to every team. Buffalo isnt the only banged up team. And some of are tired of constantly hearing excuses from the team and coaching staff. At some point, the whining about injuries has to stop and the team and its coaches need to be held accountable. Other teams are able to overcome injuries, and if the Bills ever want to be good again, they need to as well.
  6. That was absolutely ridiculous. It was physically impossible for Tuck to stop himself from hitting Bollinger, and he gets fined for that? That was a tackle, pure and simple. There was no "driving into the turf." Note to goodell: when one player tackles another, they both fall to the ground. Thats the point of tackling and gravity.
  7. Its called karma for all the cheap ass stuff broncos linemen have done over the years.
  8. Its really not VA's fault. He can't reach any higher than the comic books on the newsstand.
  9. Perhaps flutie got benched because he was a self-serving egomaniac on top of the fact that he simply wasnt very good. With the dwarf, it was always, "*I* did this great play, but *WE* made a bad play." He was a decent "reliever" but once teams had a handful of games to look at, shutting down flutie was easy as pie. Everyone blows him for '99, when in fact the offense sucked ass that year, in large part to flutie. The D carried to the playoffs in '99, NOT flutie.
  10. Congrats for hanging on Pooj.
  11. On another note, if families that get a habitat home raise their income above a certain level, they must leave their habitat home, which is returned the builder who can sell the house for profit.
  12. Flutie's a honest to goodness ass hole. But it figures that the little dwarf would want the statue to be 6 feet tall. The guy's a walking Napoleonic complex.
  13. Marriage is only defined as man-woman by the church. Unless i am mistaken, nowhere does the government specifically state that marriage is limited to man-woman.
  14. I guess i am just jaded, because i have seen too much of what goes on on the inside. Too many times i have seen H2H pass up a really needy family that is busting their ass to stay afloat because the family "might not be able to pay them back." And so many of the builders are in it for the profit, jacking up materials prices, etc so they can still make their buck while appearing good because they "build free houses."
  15. I completely hear you on the whole civil union = marriage in the way of rights/benefits would make things much easier, but when you have separate names for the same thing, by definition they are not equal.
  16. Stop it Johnny. Could you imagine what schools would teach if cali had actually passed prop 8? This would probably be the new curriculum: Kindergarten art - Ok kids, today we are finger painting gay pride rainbows for everyone to hang on their fridge. 1st grade Math - If 2 gay men are involved in sexual relations, how many balls are present? 2nd grade History - Ancient Rome: a study of buttsex in the senate 3rd grade Science - How gay sexual intercourse with his students made Aristotle a great ancient scientist

  18. You guys do know that habitat for humanity screens applicants and only builds houses for those that can afford to pay them (the builders) back, correct?
  19. 5-3 would have been fine if it wasnt off the heels of a 4-0 start. 1-3 in the last 4 is worrisome.
  20. Not to mention she does her community service for habitat for humanity, one of the biggest scumbag lying cheating "charities" out there.
  21. There are quite a few male-female domestic partnerships in florida, especially with all the retirees down here. You get an 85 year old who lost a spouse, doesn't want to get remarried, but is living with someone else. He/she can be covered under their significant others' plan without being married. Hell, FSU allows that policy for their grad students for the school health insurance. That coverage could be gone now. And how do i know this? Living down here, there have been big fights on the no/yes for amendment 2 for a while, and everyone for banning gay marriage was simply stating "don't let fags get married." Too many bigots down here read the first part of the amendment without bothering to read the second part.
  22. What the florida bigots dont realize is that along with voting against gay marriage, they also voted against anything else being considered as an "equal" to marriage. Which means that people in a male-female domestic partnership stand a good chance of losing health or other benefits for one or the other partner, because a domestic partnership can no longer be considered "equal" to a marriage when it comes to such matters.
  23. No. Its a matter of picking one of them to be the future starter and sticking with them, and not playing musical circle jerk with your QBs like some franchises do. Cleveland's front office had to decide whether they wanted Anderson starting for the next 3 years, and 1st rounder Quinn sitting the bench for the next 3 years. With Quinn being a 1st rounder, he was going to start sooner or later, and wasn't going to sit the bench forever. (This isnt a favre/rogers situation, because Anderson is only 25). They had 2 choices: 1. If the answer was that they wanted to get Quinn in there to start sooner or later, they should have not paid anderson 8 million per season and should have traded him for max value, which was fairly high. They would have pulled in quite a haul of picks for him. 2. If they decided they wanted Anderson to be their starter, they should have signed him for longer than 3 years and decided he was the QB of the future. They should have then looked for trde partners for Quinn. (KC was rumored to have been ready to give a boatload of picks for Quinn back in september) Cleveland tried to be cute and keep them both, and it came back to bite them in the ass. Anderson now is virtually untradeable, because even though some team would probably toss a 3rd or maybe a 2nd rounder for him, no one is going to take on his 8 million per year salary.
  24. Obama takes office tomorrow? Wow, you learn something new everyday.
  25. He'll be in a cowboys uniform by week's end.
