Looks like a few nice choices among that list...Carnage looks to have a very interesting cast, with two of my favorite actors - John C Reilly and Christoph Waltz. Also nice to see Emile Hirsch again...seems like I haven't seen him since Into the Wild. I bet the indy list is gonna be SMOKIN this month...looking forward to that, Mark

That's true....I actually just "upgrade" my iPhone OS, and I don't care for it. I liked the previous version better, but I can live with it.

yep, I actually like our Dline, and I like the potential of the secondary. We need a stud OLB who can open up the pass rush and do what Merriman was supposed to do. If we find that guy, and then stay healthy, we're an above average team contending for the division. The secondary will look much improved when we can put the QB on his back consistently.

I miss that sort of atmosphere...I'm harder on Atlanta fans than most, but coming from a great sports town - Philly - to atlanta, which is one of the worst for a large market, it just makes me miss smaller bars an sports bars with a rabid fan base. There's nothing like a crowd of Bills fans, good food, and good beer...

This is what I keep coming back to, as well. It's the only explanation that makes sense to me. We have a team with starters who play well as a team, and in some cases overachieve. When said starters fall due to injury, our lack of depth is severely exposed and our team chemistry/confidence suffers. That's the story of the 2011 in my mind, and I'm sticking to it. When we get healthy again and add depth, along with one or two more legit, play making starters, that's when we get to the play in January.

I used to live in Reston, VA. Glad to know they have a Bills presence in that area.

That seems to be the case with most folks I know, and that really says something about the products. I tend to be pretty loyal when I feel a company offers a solid, reliable product, and that's how I've become with Apple over the last few years. I just have no reason to buy anything else. I've never had a Mac, but I was really leanign in taht direction. If not for a deal I couldnt' pass up on a new Windows 7 machine, I would have gone with the Mac. I recently ordered and received a really cool, inexpensive iPod dock with an internal DAC to use as both a back-up source for my main audio system and also to connect to a pair of powererd speakers I have for use as a bedroom system. I hooked it up last night and can't believe how good the sound is. My 160gb iPod is full of lossless music files, and this is a great way to have a mini stereo system that will crush just about anything else at its price point. It takes up very little space and has a "cool factor" about it. And you know what? I bet you any money that five years from now that little iPod is still working just as great as it does now I just wish they'd come out with a 250gb version! lol Exactly. I'll take innovation in lieu of invention quite happily. Nothing wrong with building a better mouse trap, and IMO, Apple catches a lot of mice.

I'm glad they went with lesser known actors. I was afraid to see what was going to happen given some of the names I had heard previously. Looks like the casting folks did a great job here. That almost felt like the stooges ended up in a time machine and walked out into 2011.

Yep, we have a depth problem that won't get fixed overnight. It's pretty clear that we're at least a competitive team when healthy, which is a good thing and somethign to build off of.

No doubt. People act like this is some novel idea that Ralph is the problem. Ever since I've been on this board that has been said and discussed ad nauseum, and I'm quite sure the same is true long before I got here. Guess what, people...of all the things we complain about, most of them can be changed. They can get cut, fired, demoted, promoted, benched, etc. But when it comes to Ralph, aside from the grim reaper showing up at his door, there is NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THAT. Ralph isn't going ANYWHERE until the good Lord calls him home.

True...and maybe that's the problem! I can't even stomach these pressers anymore. Early on when we lost the first couple, I sort of relied on Gailey's and Fitzy's post-game comments to feel better about the loss and have confidence that a few key plays just didn't go there way, or something that could be fixed with greater focus, more practice, more film study, etc. But then we started just getting physically dominated again all of a sudden, and now it's akin to watching a bunch of scared children out there running around. With greater league parity than there has ever been, it's just amazing to me how this team can be so hot and cold each season. There is little to no consistency over the entire 16 games. I'm hoping that this is just an indication that 1) our starters are actually pretty good when they are all healthy, and 2) since we have yet to develop any depth, this is what happens when said starters go down. That's the only explanation that makes sense to me right now, so I'm going with that.

You dirty girl!!! Speaking of Lana's dirty parts, another point about Apple...I got my first ever iPod from Lana. She upgraded from her little nano several years ago, so she gave me her old one. That little nano still works great! I keep it at work to listen to during breaks.

I can't believe all the Apple hate! I've owned several Apple products - still do - and have yet to have a SINGLE issue with any one of them. I'm quite sure Apple may have the best marketing, but Apple is NOT the Bose of iPhones. I like products that give me more (preferably MUCH more) than I expect, and that's what I've gotten here. It's met my needs perfectly. It never drops calls, the software is user friendly, the apps work great, and as I mentioned above, I was able to replace over $200 of wireless audio equipment with my stinkin' iPhone! And the quality is BETTER, so I upgraded for free. It's not for everyone, and that's great. But in areas of basic needs, it works great. And in areas where my tech experience is a bit stronger, it serves those needs, as well. You guys make it sound like Apple is pulling the wool over peoples' eyes and fooling them into buying an inferior product. There are plenty of choices in the marketplace, and Apple is not preventing you from making any of them. Even cnet.com, one of my favorite tech review sites, gave the iPhone great marks. See if they'll give you a discount on armor when you buy it, cause you'll need it around these parts!! C'mon, my cow-lovin' brother....if the only people who could market products were the ones who invented the technology, the marketplace would be nearly barren compared to what we have now. Steve Jobs was an innovator. And I have seen a lot of mp3 players, and there is not a single one I'd trade my iPod for.
