  1. Exactly. With the loss of Digi that leaves an already very weak linebacking corps even weaker. If Poz goes down, for instance, we will be stuck with either Pat Thomas or Marcus Buggs as our starting MLB. While Wilhelm may not be a dynamo, he at least is a veteran who has starting experience with one of the NFL's elite teams over the course of the last 5 years. You really can't tell me that he would be any worse of an option backing up Poz than what we already have. Of course, I assumed that we would have signed a veteran OLB to start over Ellison months ago, and we all know how that has turned out.
  2. I think alot of it has to do with people in the media waiting suspensefully for the first signs of the epic train crash that they assume the T.O./Bills relationship will inevitably become.
  3. What a stupid question. Hamdan is not black, now is he? That's equivalent to asking if JP Losman would count.
  4. It's an average article
  5. I was talking with a friend about the possibility of Buffalo pursuing Vick, and it made me think...have the Bills ever had a black quarterback on the roster? I've only been following the team since the Kelly era, but I can't remember us ever having a black quarterback, even on the practice squad? Can anyone help me out here?
  6. How cruel (yet appropriate in the context of the city of Buffalo) would it be for Owens to suffer a serious injury within the first few weeks of the season and miss the entire year, then sign with a new team next offseason. The TO/Buffalo experiment would be cut tragically short. I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happens. It is the cursed city of Buffalo, after all.
  7. 1.) We will rank 15th-20th in offense 2.) We will rank 20th-25th in defense 3.) We will go 2-4 in the division 4) We will go 7-9 overall 5) Dick Jauron will finally get the axe 6) Russ Brandon will hire a no-name inexperienced coordinator to be the new coach of the Buffalo Bills 7) Owens will sign elsewhere 8) The team will go into a new rebuilding era
  8. No, just a traumatized Buffalonian.

  11. Would he be any worse than Ellison/DiGiorgio/Buggs/Thomas/Bowen?
  12. Buffalo has been dead for awhile now.
  13. When I initially clicked on this post I was excited, assuming that the Bills would have signed a free agent or some draft picks. What a bummer.
  14. I'm going to predict a final score of 35-17 Patriots. I think we keep it close in the first half and Fred Jackson has a big game, but ultimately our defense will not be able to shut down Brady and co. all game long, and they have a big second half. I look for a big game from Freddy and Dominic Rhodes though.
  15. I wouldn't think we would have too much trouble signing him. He isn't as coveted a player as Pisa was.
  16. What exactly has given you the impression of a different attitude thus far into training camp?
  17. So, how soon will we sign Wilhelm? I assume it's only a matter of time at this point.

  19. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMEEEEDDDDDDDDDDD
  20. Every time I tune in, all I can think about is doing bodily harm to Owens' gold digging "publicists".
  21. The Bills offense under Jauron and Schonert has typically been centered around quick decisions and outlet passes, something that Trent supposedly excels with. However, given the offensive line struggles that have been notorious with this franchise, having a quarterback who can move well outside of the pocket and make big plays with his feet would seem valuable. It's not like we've gotten anywhere with Trent that would warrant thinking of him as a more effective option than Vick.
