I don't understand how you can evaluate Daboll with this group - 3/5 of his line can't move, his receivers and tight ends are awful, and his QB situation... well you know.

He's on his third OC and offense is supposedly his speciality area... I'm not convinced.

Guess I'm in the minority (as usual) - I think he's a decent coach. This move reflects a ton of pressure on Marrone - I suspect Coughlin grilled him last night about how he was going to fix the offense, and Marrone responded by saying he'd take the reigns himself, and Coughlin said, "In that case, what do we need Hackett for?" Or something like that. It's kind of an odd firing considering Hackett was running Marrone's offense to begin with - it would've been like Rex firing Thurman, what would be the point? This tells me Marrone is a goner if they don't have some sort of offensive explosion over the next few weeks, which I just don't see happening.

They can’t get the run d sorted today - it’s like trying to fix your golf swing out on the course - Edmunds is getting SCHOOLED.

They simply do not have athletic enough linemen to run basic NFL plays on offense. That’s the issue on offense today. And on defense, Edmunds should have been redshirted this year because he’s just not ready for the Mike.

The fans really deserve better than this product. At least the QB can play. The rest of these guys are losers and the GM is a fraud for assembling a team this poor.
