That’s fine - I’ve seen enough today to know that the Bills are on the way up and the Phins are in quicksand. Hope they go with Gase and Tannehill again next year. The Bills’ roster full of scrubs almost beat the Phins on their home turf in a must win setting.
This D is soft when it counts. And the knuckleheads the Bills grabbed off the scrap heap are showing why they were passed up on - Foster, McKenzie, Phillips, Holmes - today they’re proving why they were on the street.
He jogged a clear-out route on Zay’s TD - I have truly never seen that before.
That TD throw had great zip on it - still don’t get why some of his throws today are ducks, others aren’t - still wondering about the elbow.
Edmunds flashes a few times each game, especially in pass d where LVE really doesn’t have that kind of range.
Zay doesn’t flash - he’s getting more consistent and his blocking is becoming a strength but he’s low ceiling.
They both look good to me, and they both seem like they're in the right fit for their respective personalities. Although maybe based on fit alone, Darnold should be in Cleveland and Mayfield should be in New Jersey.
I don't understand how you can evaluate Daboll with this group - 3/5 of his line can't move, his receivers and tight ends are awful, and his QB situation... well you know.
