Tua just sailed a ball into the middle of the field for an INT in the endzone. He has no zip on his passes.

His footwork is so weird. Does not shift his weight forward I agree. An arm-thrower with a weak arm.

This is what I’m seeing. He’s moving around better and he has great touch on his passes - but no zip after about 8 yards. If you can muddy his pocket and make him throw outside the sticks (or into the wind) he is going to struggle.

He didn’t drop. For whatever reason he shaded outside at the snap and gave up the easy slant. Looked like a technique issue.

Not at all, that play was fine. He has zero counter moves and doesn’t appear to have NFL-level conditioning.

Rousseau and Hamlin showing for the rookies. Wildgoose isn’t gonna make the 53. Basham played well into the 4th and looks to be inactive on gamedays to start the season - he needs a year of NFL coaching and conditioning. Corner depth is a serious problem. Spencer Brown was bad but it would be negligent to have Bobby Hart on the roster after paying Allen a quarter billion dollars - ask Cincy how that worked out for their investment. Fromm cannot play quarterback at this level.

No serious team employs Jake Fromm.

Again - the first preseason game is always like this - they purposely call it tight and ease up by the time the season starts.

Williams has regressed.

Fromm is trash. Waste of a pick.

Fromm already looking like Peterman - not even paying attention to the defense at the snap. Predetermining his throws. He sucks.

Refs always call it tight in the preseason. Nothing to get worked up about.

Honestly that might be his best chance to keep a paycheck this season.

Powell isn’t much of a football player.

If the NFL wants to spice up the preseason it should make teams perform roster cuts during halftime of the games.

Maybe he should convert to being a UK citizen and then come back under the exchange program and take advantage of the roster exemption and… Can chickens hear sound?
