  1. Joe spills some security beans. Uh Oh. Nice pic of Joe in the link... http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/05/17...cret-vp-bunker/
  2. Go back in time, to CIN and when Dillon was getting big yards. The competition correctly ignored the passing game as ineffective, and happily let CIN chew up their own clock.
  3. I wouldn't think that a breaker circuit would be exclusively devoted to just one bathroom fixture...
  4. Two-faced phonies run businesses, schools, colleges, and every level of government you might care to talk about. Nothing new there. Plenty of players also qualify, as well as their union. America is a left-leaning entity, so don't go look for much in the way of ethics among leaders and much of the general population. These days, JFK would be vilified as a right-wing radical. Years ago, I saw some footage. Gruden (he was with OAK) said that he knew he was a shallow individual, who thought nothing of spending every waking hour on football.
  5. I always enjoyed seeing his post-game pressers. IIRC, he didn't duck, and was pretty frank.
  6. When he connects, he glows!
  7. IIRC, Sam Adams made the cover of Sports Illustrated the following week.
  8. A GFCI outlet tester is a handy thing to have...it also tests non-GFCI outlets: http://www.acehardware.com/sm-sperry-gfci-...pi-2665480.html As previously mentioned, a continuity tester is also useful: http://books.google.com/books?id=eOzXMLbk0...lt&resnum=6
  9. Looks like just another case of politicians jumping in front of a parade for self-serving face time...
  10. I think my point was missed. I'm happy to toss a couple of hitchs for a few yards - if that. What I want to accomplish is to have the DEs, OLBs and whoever else keeping an eye on the sidelines just in case. That gives my tackles an edge for what I really aim to do. If I can convince a defense that I am working the short sidelines seriously, I will murder it.
  11. No. I think his name came up 2 weeks ago, not every week.
  12. No - I believe he lifted his leg on the authorities, didn't show up to do what he was told to do, so it is a criminal court matter now, and there is a warrant outstanding for his arrest, and he is currently on the lam. That should be a big barrier, IMO.
  13. I don't go to bars anymore. But the liberal take-over of America has made the possibility of violence a day-to-day thing.
  14. 2, 3 maybe 4 quick hitch passes in the 1st half does wonders for your tackle play...
  15. NO visits BUF Sept 27. Hargrove has an outstanding NYS criminal arrest warrant, AFAIK. If he shows up, he will be grabbed by the police. No?
  16. They took much effort to speak with him, his family, before drafting him. If he or his agent balks at competitive #6 money, holds out for more, doesn't show, I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the mix for next years' draft, for another club to deal with. With all the well-know warts CIN owner Brown has, he does pay players competitive money and is a stickler for up-front dealings. And you can buy a lot of adequate talent with that #6 cash, and their OL coach is tops. Like I said - they really won't sweat it if Smith isn't signed.
  17. Another 5 - 1 start. Don't be so cruel!
  18. Yep. Good, worthwhile player or not - paying for someones' top ten pick contract would be nuts. I can't see Dorsey re-negotiating...he would be an idiot to do so.
  19. Eh. Top ten picks generally hold out. Hard to think Smith would be in camp in the first place, and if there is hardball played, CIN can easily do without his services if Whitworth is recovered from his high ankle sprain. My expectation is that if/when he comes in late, he's 2nd string RT.
  20. I'm in the same boat. Got this from newegg in April - $99, but I don't see if offered there now. Fujifilm Finepix Z100FD. A remarkably handsome piece - stainless steel housing, flawless brushed paint finish, details. Small, but gives one the feeling of substance - not a thing "plastic-ey" about it. Most of my career has been in manufacturing. I can't comment about how long this thing will last, or if it will prove a reliable product, but IMO the designers and the manufacturing folks snuck one by the bean counters. http://www.digitalcamerareview.com/default...+finepix+z100fd So far: .Full paper manual. An asset. Armed with a book in front of you, it's easy to flip pages, and figure things out. .The software is easy to use. D/L's are a snap. .It has a bunch of features comparable to a modern film SLR (it isn't an SLR)...ASA adjustment, exposure controls, f-stop and the like. I've just uses the "auto" and "macro" settings so far. .No viewfinder - a glass LCD screen. That's a new experience for me - and it does wash out in daylight, like it seems all such do. I bought a 4Gb SDHS card for something like 8 bucks...so I just shoot and shoot trusting that one will work. It tells me I'm good for 1500+ shots. Battery life - dunno. I charged it initially, and charged it again after 50 shots or so and a 5 minute movie trial, but I'd include 2 or so hours with it on, fooling around with it and figuring out this or that. Most of my exposure/developing skills have faded over the years, though. I still have a Canon A-1 with a brace of lenses and filters. I was very adept an using that, back when. B&W, exposure factors, field depth, developing, etc. Old skills now rusted... I can't recommend this Fuji product, or not recommend it, for functionality. Short time of usage. Still... if things get heated...a 5 1/2 oz, metal-framed thing. Close the hand on that, take a swing at an adversary - you will bust his jaw.
  21. Don't worry. That spread formation TE they drafted will bring the wood. Just like CIN expects to get from Chase Coffman!
  22. TSW memory is short. 2 years ago he was heaped with praise over how he was the best OLB in the league covering the pass, and his future as a star, assured...
  23. I like Billick, too. But Chuckie's post-game press conferences are tops!
