Bills 2-0 are fools gold - Article
PromoTheRobot replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lazy take. Easy target. No doubt the Bills haters (sorry....realists) here will jump to his defense. But he is all in on those awesome Patriots. Stomping the Dolphins is proof. -

Played goalie all my life, which involves a more intense form of skating for your ankles. I've never rolled an ankle. -

Which is why I always say all athletes should include ice skating in their training. -

TV or radio? -
Of course we can lose. Especially if we pull another 4 turnover *****. I just don't think we will.

I would not condone someone bringing an inflatable sex doll with "Orchids of Asia" written on it to throw on the field. Nope, that just would not be cool to do. -
You might have noticed few players are left from last year's team. Also the Jets were favored to win their game so no rewriting history. They also came from behind twice. So yeah, I'm confident.

Listen to Bills games via internet radio?
PromoTheRobot replied to streetkings01's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
TuneIn premium is $8/mo. They audio stream NFL games. Just cancel after 8 weeks. If you have an NFL GamePass subscription ($99) you can unlock audio on the NFL phone app One thing you can try, I heard that WGR can't stream games through their app but they do stream off their website. So try listening at WGR550.com instead of their app. -
Bills least valuable NFL franchise per Forbes

I don't think Seattle would allow a team in Portland. Second, by overbidding by $400MM the Pegulas instantly increased the value of every NFL team by that much. How much would an NFL team in Toronto be worth? They had a perfect opportunity in 2014 to steer the Bills to the Rogers/BonJovi group but didn't. I grant you that others like Jones and Kraft would love to see the Bills in a more profitable market, the rest of the league values stable wealthy ownership even more. The Pegulas were welcomed into that club. -

It's not complicated. There were $1.4B reasons why the Pegulas were approved. -
I'm sure you're not the kind of poster who vanishes if the Bills somehow won.

Don't confuse city populations with metropolitan population. Jax is 1.53MM, Buffalo is 1.13MM. Bigger but not by that much. Oh, and Green Bay/Appleton/Oshkosh? 235K. -

What we didn't see in the Bills 2-0 start
PromoTheRobot replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Actually the Jets were favored by slightly more than half the experts week 1. They suck know because we came back on them. The biggest thing I see is confidence. This is a confident team, even when playing from behind, which they've done twice now. This week I'd like to see them take a lead and drive it to the end. -
Considering this is the first season he a) is the clear starter, and b) has talent around him, I don't think there is much point on focusing on last year, unless you are a glutton for punishment. When Josh has his next 50% completion game, then I think we can bring that up again. Right now it seems pointless because most of his throws are on the mark. In fact I read a stat someone called "adjusted completions" taking out throwaways and drops. He's #6 in the league with 84%. Not to look past Cincinnati but we know which game is the first huge midterm exam for Josh.

If we lose, it will be because we didn't score. I don't think our defense will allow more than 17 points. It would be nice to see is score first for once and lead the whole way.
