To those complaining about a short week, Sunday-Thursday is 4 days. Tuesday-Sunday is 5 days. So the Bills get an extra day to prepare for the Chiefs. Grant you, the Chiefs go from 4 days prep to a full 7.
Well one thing we've learned the past few years is rules only matter if someone is willing to enforce them with consequences. The NFL could easily claim extenuating circumstances.
Question: who conducts team Covid tests and who controls reporting of results? Is it fully independent of the teams?
I'm not suggesting that Bill Belichick would bury positive Covid results.....buuuuuuut, could he do it?
