  1. Sabres Fans … Uber is Coming to Buffalo! As part of Uber’s expansion to Upstate New York, we are excited to announce Uber as the Official Rideshare Partner of the Buffalo Sabres. We will work together to ensure fans have a safe, reliable, and affordable way to get to and from Sabres games and to reduce traffic congestion and impaired driving. Plus, for a more efficient and seamless experience on game days, we’re adding a dedicated Uber Pickup and Drop-Off Zone near KeyBank Center for riders and drivers. Stay tuned for more information on Uber at KeyBank Center: your newest gameday ride! Coming Summer/Fall 2017!
  2. 4 episodes into the new season of Bosch, so far it's excellent. I could binge watch the whole season in a night if I had the time...Good recommendation Joe6!
  3. that doesn't make sense, they don't beat anyone? Mine would be simply: "The best tailgate" The only justification for my 20 years of being a season ticket holder.... McD's would be: "Trust the process"
  4. We're tanking to off season...
  5. Could throw in "We'll give 'em the tools to finish the job" for good measure...
  6. Yes because they haven't interviewed anyone yet... I though Terry did a very good job staying calm with some of those idiotic questions, they were trying to push his buttons and couldn't do it...
  7. Adam Benigni....Just a stupid question, followed by several other stupid question. I though Terry handled himself very well, I would have been dropping F-bombs on these idiots...
  8. If anyone ever played a game at St. Leo's , you'd know that as the sun sets it's directly in the fielder's eye's, making it especially dangerous for the pitcher. We played there once and this one guy was just smacking line drives right around our pitcher's head, so we walked him his last two times and their team was pissed. I am sorry but it's hard enough for pitcher to field a line drive, but being blinded by the sun was even worse. So glad that field no longer exists...
  9. It's not a bad start to the rebuild, they should be able to attract a good GM and coach. i would have liked to see GMTM see his vision through to the end, but I understand the move. GMTM went all in on McDavid as the key piece of a quick rebuild and it just didn't happen. I really want to work for the Pegula's, you always get paid well past your last working day....
  10. This one looks interesting: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/the-keepers-cathy-cesnik_us_58f787b8e4b029063d35f117
  11. ha ha....It took you all the way to third base to feel guilty? that is classic!!! I can see it now...rounding 1st..."Yes, I hit the hell out of that ball"....rounding sencond..."pitcher still down, teammates concerned, I got third easily"...rounding third..."better not be a d!ck, 1 RBI is still good"... That was a great morning laugh, thanks for that....
  12. Don't think you get my point...Sweet 16/Elite 8 games sell out just about wherever they are hosted. 1st and 2nd round generally do not, but in Buffalo they do sell out. Therefore the NCAA is happy with attendance for the 1st and 2nd round games being boosted in Buffalo.
  13. Yes, that's the big lesson here. I hanged around here too long...
  14. Eichel's agent says report about no extension if Bylsma is coach is 'ridiculous' http://buffalonews.com/2017/04/19/eichels-agent-says-report-no-extension-bylsma-coach-ridiculous/
  15. They sell out for round 1, which is rare, so the NCAA doesn't feel the need to change that.
  16. Only if they get the draft picks right! And that's a big if...
  17. Bylsma wouldn't surprise me. You can have players dislike the coach's style, but respect him, like Toronto. I don't think the Sabres players like or respect Bylsma. It's not all on him, but I think he'll be gone...GMTM would be a surprise to me.
  18. Good stuff... http://buffalonews.com/2017/04/18/buffalo-frozen-four/
  19. Gorges was 29 (32 now) when he signed with the Sabres, and Fransen was 28 (29 now). yes, they were veterans, but I don't think you can say they were well past their prime. They are not bad 5's and 6's, the problem with the Sabres is 1-4, with Risto around a #2 at this point in his young career. Kulikov and Bogo have had injury riddled seasons, but are not super stars when healthy, 3 & 4 at best, and that may be too high. They weren't brought in to be #1's. They needed a left handed defenseman, so I didn't mind the Kulikov deal at the time. I still believe he never got to 100% this season. He's only 26 and will play in this league for many more years, he's not horrible when healthy, but not a top pairing guy. Risto needs to continue to mature and become that solid and consistent #1, hopefully McCabe can be a number 3 or 4, and Guhlie a 3 or 4. there's a lot of uncertainty, but moves will be made to shore up the blue line. I still believe GMTM can put a solid team together....
  20. Even if Ottawa released him, the only sure way to guarantee the Sabres got him was to trade for him. I can see why Murray wanted him, he shows flashes of being great and never had to opportunity to play a full season. But a 2nd rounder should have been the absolute highest price or no deal.
  21. Jack would be average compared to some of the characters on TWD, but really I was just looking for a reason to post that clip. If you could mute Arsenio, I'd watch it repeatedly...
  22. Yes, that was an amazingly awesome clip. And why does anyone choose a hand gun as their weapon of choice, I can see having one handy, but come on....reminds me of this scene....NSFW with the language:
  23. The Lehner deal was bad, there's no debating that. He has stretches where he looks great and then has horrible games, I just don't see the consistency from him to ever be a true #1. That being said the 21st pick is a crap shoot for the most part in hockey, but at least there's a chance to get lucky.
  24. I'd rather have the 1st, especially a top 10 1st. Kulikov played well for Florida, I didn't mind the pick up at the time. Injuries killed his season, i don't think he was close to being healthy until recently. But even healthy he's not a difference maker, a 4 at best. Regarding Toronto, they have a lot of young talent and so much speed. But I don't think they're physical enough to make any noise in the playoffs. They may have a favorable match-up in round 1 if they can seed mid-pack, but once they get to Washington, Pittsburgh, or even C-Bus, can they match up physically? I haven't watched enough of their games to truly know, just the impression I get watching last nights game.
  25. In true A-Team fashion, he escapes unscathed. Also, maybe shoot at the tires? But you definitely can't think like a Marine or along the lines of any kind of tactical maneuvers. I mean really they should have created some bunkers outside the walls and attacked them from all angles, especially with a gun like Daryl had, they would have never known what hit them.
