And here’s another view. Looks more like offensive holding. Just…..wow.
-
That was pure crap. NFL officiating is a travesty. Keeping fingers crossed we get a decent crew next week.
-
Check with Jerry Hughes on his opinion. Dude was held pretty much every play and hardly ever got a call. Offensive holding these days seems to be based on 2 things: 1. Which officiating crew is calling the game. Some are more flag heavy than others 2. It’s become fairly obvious that officials have been told to only call holding when it is directly impacting a play, meaning the hold is near the runner or quarterback which allows him to make a big play or gain. Now of course #2 is very subjective and that’s where #1 matters. I thought the hold on Dane Jackson was egregious enough to have been called. It allowed Jackson to roll out of the pocket and make a big play to wide open WR. I don’t recall the result of the other screen shot above. As fans we always see the missed calls against our team and overlook the non-calls that go in our favor. As long as it’s called the same way for both teams, I don’t have a huge problem with it and it’s when you see inconsistency by the crew which favors one team over the other that it becomes a problem.

Cowherd killing Bills coaching in his monologue
Jukester replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s funny how we were media darlings before this week. Really?!! He has absolutely no perspective on this last game. Yes it was all Allen centric because we had no other choice. Hello: No Hyde No Poyer No White No Jackson No Phillips No Oliver Limited Diggs Limited McKenzie Limited Knox Limited Davis No Morse No Brown No Bates No Van Roten …and we still should’ve won.- 239 replies

Joshua Allen Sexually Assaulted by Dolphin
Jukester replied to ArtVandalay's topic in The Stadium Wall
They played dirty and tried to cheapshot Allen at every opportunity. Here’s Ingram’s kick to the nuts. No flag -
Thank you fearless leader!

If Brady can go into announcing, Fitzy could kill it as a second career. His personality is perfect for the tv world.

Yeah I also thought it was very early for this but the email is legit. Sender is DIRECTV@message.att-mail.com and link took me directly to my DTV account. Will post update if this doesn't end up going through.
-
Only reason I had DirecTV was for ST. There will be a mass exodus to other services after this year (me included). I’m sure ATT/DTV is going to be very flexible with loyalty offers as they try to hold on to subscribers.
-
Last year for DirecTV and it looks like they may be going out with some generosity. Got an email last night that I'm getting Max for free. I know some of you have gotten this in the past but it's a first for me. I usually have to do the song and dance and eventually get it at a deep discount or for free anyway, but this is nice! Hopefully some of you have gotten this already or will be getting it soon.

Levi Wallace gone to the Steelers on 2-year deal
Jukester replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree. Levi NEVER turned around for the ball. That’s one thing Elam does consistently (at least in highlights), which is a good sign. -
Happy 4th Anniversary Buffalo Bills fans!
Jukester replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just for fun, I went back to the first round thread. The whole thing is pure gold! Good stuff starts at about page 38. -
Since we’re talking routes, Stevie was pretty damn good too.

Yep sorry about that. You were right on the ball. -
Sunday Football non-football Pats @ Bills 2011 Fitz Comeback

Nope. Rhode Island Red is absolutely correct. The clock would have kept running if the officials had gotten ithe call right on the field. But since they called it a TD then had to reverse it, the clock needed to start again. Official went over to explain this to Bellicheat and he didn’t like it one bit, but he had no choice but to take the time out. They technically should have put about 10 seconds back because at first the clock kept running until they signaled TD but never corrected it for the timeout, assuming Bellicheat would have taken it right away. And yes, the announcers were completely clueless. Classic game which I’ll never forget. -
CFL still has goal posts at the goal line I believe.

Populous actually did the HIghmark renovation in 2013 and the Adpro Training Center. More links below. Some really gorgeous work by this firm. Very excited to see the structure/plan when it comes out. https://populous.com/our-projects/stadium-experience/nfl-experience https://populous.com/our-projects/stadium-experience/soccer-stadiums https://populous.com/our-projects/master-planning

Yep, it was obvious from the beginning. Not sure why it took this long nor why they aren’t including regular season this time 🤦♂️
-
It would only go on forever if neither team could ever score or if each team continued to match the other team every time. Low probability of either happening.
-
But you just know the NFL powers that be will come up with something so convoluted that will cause even more controversy. See tuck rule, catch rule, taunting rule, etc….
-
Yes, sudden death after. Each team has had ample opportunity by then.
-
Why is everyone making this so complicated. Just give each team one possession in OT and be done with it. For God’s sake this isn’t rocket science.
