  1. I agree with you that he needs to make some big plays, but I also feel that he needs to be minimizing his mistakes, which have actually gotten worse as the season has gone on.
  2. No more Mulligans for JP. The NE games was his last Mulligan. Over the next 8 games, he can either improve every week or become the next RJ, and lets be honest, the latter is entirely possible. Is there anything more frustrating than a QB with a cannon for an arm that holds on to the ball for too long, is prone to mistakes, and is not a good leader. I am not annointing him RJ status yet, but I would not be suprised if that is who he becomes.
  3. He has now played in 16 games between 2005 and 2006, starting 15 of them. He has completed 55.3% of his passes for 2686 yds with 14 TDs and 15 INTs. His passer rating is 70.6 He has fumbled 15 times and lost 8 of them. So there it is. J.P. has a bye week next week to recharge and his second season as a starter is against the Packers. I will wipe the slate clean, and begin to judge him again, starting with that game.
  4. A tight end like Watson wins that match up 100% of the time. To me, that looked like a blow call by the Fewell. My understanding is that on a drop back zone, the Def End lines up on the line of scrimmage and then drops back. For whatever reason, he was over him like it was man to man. Of course Brady was going to pick that apart.
  5. What about the obvious? I don't think that he is physically capable of holding on to the football. JP has fumbled 8 times and lost five of them!!!! He is also good for dropping at least one snap per game. He fumbled 7 times in 9 games last year and lost three of them. That alone should be reason enough to sit him down. It is one thing to make a poor read and throw an INT, but fumbling 7 times in 8 games is unacceptable.
  6. JP was given more than enough time on several throws but good not make a decision to get rid of the ball fast enough. Brady was under a lot of pressure all day but came up with key throws when they needed him to. (But that is why he is Tom Brady and not Rob Johnson 2.0, sans the injury problem, the JP is developing into) I am not letting the O-Line off the hook, but Butter Fingers Losman certainly does a good job making them look worse than they really are. I am also going to take back what I said about Peters being "slightly above average". He was nearly dominant yesterday against a very good player in Ty Warren. Peters has progressed nicely this season. Our Bq, however, has regressed quickly these last few weeks.
  7. You are very wise
  8. Isn't anyone else concerned with how careless he is with the football? Does he have small hands or something. He has fumbled 7 times this year and lost 5 of them. It has become ridiculous. This doesn't count the number of snaps that he has dropped. He will never be a great QB in this league, ever.
  9. That is his 6th fumble this year and the 4th one that he has lost. That doesn't count the number of snaps that he has dropped.
  10. For some reason, Nate strikes me as the type of player that thinks $$$$ first and winning 2nd.
  11. Ramius, you are a better passer than Vick will ever be.
  12. J.P. is a right handed, slower, less athletic, white version of Michael Vick, sans the herpes and delinquent brother.
  13. And if the ice ever melted he could skate on the water.
  14. Stats don't tell the entire story. Having watched the Bills game, Losman's INT and fumble killed us (He may have been hit from behind, but that is the 3rd time it has happened and he should take better care of the ball) and some of thos sacks were horrendous, including the one that Lindell bailed him out on at half time.
  15. I am not hating on Nate, just trying to get everyone's assesment on why he wasn't traded since earlier in the week he was headed to Tampa. Great point on the injury, and I hadn't even thought of that.
  16. I don't understand why the Falcons don't trade him to the Raiders for Randy Moss and a first round pick. They will never win a championship with a RB playing QB, they are one-dimensional. Give Schaub the start, he is a much better QB. (Not RB, QB).
  17. Settle down Beavis, or you'll soil your drawers.
  18. I am going with either Cap room or finding a replacement for Youbooty.
  19. Well what was it?
  20. Was that over the line? Just a joke.
  21. I was wondering if they ever caught that guy from America's Most Wanted last year. It looks your daughter found him. Congrtas Mead.
  22. To them the Bills are just like the Texans with uglier uniforms
