I’d fire Beane before McD but yep
-
It’s obvious that our scheme is too confusing and complex. It shouldn’t take young players 18 months to learn it. And we play so slow, too cerebral, we need to play hard and fast.

If This staff is gonna bench cook on crucial downs, at least have the integrity to forfeit instead of whatever this is -

When I played QB, I would change the play in the huddle when the coach called something dumb like that -

Is Rapp playing lb?!?! -
I’d move on from both of them, but if I can only fire one, it’s Beane. This roster is a 4 win roster. It’s ridiculous the draft and FA whiffs and it’s just insane that we are so tight to the cap with ZERO special players other than 17

Punting on 4th and 3 what losers. Now the falcones can go 95 yards for a TD instead of 50 and take more time off the clock -

They really don’t. We haven’t had a good draft in so long. The Tre white and Allen drafts are the only two I can think of. go check out the lion and eagles drafts if you want to see what I takes to build a SB caliber roster (and not just have a HOF QB) -

MCD Defenses do tend to excel at making life hard for young below average QBs. -

SNF: Detroit @ Kansas City (no Bills stuff in this thread please)

It was overthrown, in which case it’s uncatchable and not PI -
With the Cheats* winning, we now need to win or we’d be second place in the AFCE

I’m watching the auburn Georgia game. Auburn hurried up and tried the tush push at 1. All offensive and defensive players lined up in the neutral zone. Their helmets were overlapping. The refs did not throw a flag, it was nuts! then Auburn qb fumbles quite literally right at the goal line. It was so close it was impossible to say if he scored or not. After a 5 min review they went with call on the field - fumble. not even the announcers mentioned the neutral zone infraction on probably 18 players

Getting back to trades, I can’t see us adding anyone with a big contract, for cap reasons. however I would like to bring Mack Hollins back. He was a big physical WR who had some success getting down the field. He caught a number of TDs and was a good blocker. He has experience in our O and could actually get integrated quick. another TYPE of target could be a rookie WR we liked, but didn’t get, in the draft or UDFA. Isaiah bond comes to my mind (I understand it’s unlikely with the character issues) but he didn’t cost the Browns anything, isn’t playing much, and would cost maybe a 7th round pick? He was pretty darn good in college.

DT T.J. Sanders and S Damar Hamlin to Injured Reseve
Pecker replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m amusing the bills are bending the rules a bit and using IR for the extra roster spots, otherwise they would have IRed Sanders earlier and brought back Hairston earlier. fwiw, and this isn’t reliable, but I’m hearing that Strong likely needs vertebrae fused and could be a career ending injury. -
I could see passing on him if we were a passing offense, and happy with our current 3. But if you mainly want to run the ball, like we do, he is an absolute monster, and a complete 3 down back. It must be nice to get impactful rookies. The giants had 3 rookies last night that were a huge reason why they won. When was the last time the bills had even one rookie like that!? Gotta be the mvp himself! as much as I like the giants and Daboll, I was secretly wishing he and schoun would get fired and return to Buffalo next season
-
We very clearly reach for needs in the early rounds. Eagles just draft bpa and they get a lot of great players that way
-
What, exactly, was Hairston injury anyways?
