See this is the thing. OTA's do not start until may 27th. Cook hasn't missed OTA's and is not holding out yet as far as any of us know. What has started is workouts. We think he has not been there for workouts. If cook misses all three session's of OTA's, particularly the Mandatory one June 10th-12th then that is a holdout. If he misses all the OTA's and is telling the team he want's 15 or 20 million then there is an issue. As of right now he made a comment on social media about wanting 15 million and thats all. I would love to look through some of the fans complaining about this social media to see the stuff they post.

which afc east team do they close out the stadium with? I think it will be Jets at Bills at 1 the final week. In a perfect world the bills will have the 1 seed and can spend the week and the game celebrating the history of the team and the stadium. Maybe one final snow game before the playoffs start to finish the regular season. This would allow them to bring out all the former players and people involved with the organization through the years in a stress free environment. I remember in 2008 the final year for the Cowboys at Texas Stadium, the league did them no favors and scheduled Baltimore on a saturday night in week 15. It was maybe their most difficult game of the season, the defense blew the game in epic fashion and it also tanked their wild card shot essentially. After the game they had all these former players and people there for a huge celebration and nobody cared because all the fans were so angry, plus it was freezing. The same thing happened to the Giants in 09, they played carolina to close out giants stadium and got blown out and eliminated from the playoffs. Why didn't Dallas just play washington its biggest rival in week 17 at home, the giants play the eagles week 17....etc. I hope they don't do something stupid and put philly or tampa in Buffalo week 17. Just give the Bills a week 18 1 pm game vs the jets or dolphins to close out the stadium.

The bills do need cook to win. He won't get the 15 million he asked for but why does he get so much hate and ignorance for asking for it. He is worth a lot. He is a fantastic weapon. He accounted for 19 touchdowns last year and helped set up a bunch more he didn't get to touch the ball on and punch it in. Cook rushed for 272 yards in the playoffs, 15 runs were for first downs and he scored 3 td's one which was in incredible play vs KC. Important to note they played three of the best defenses in the league in the playoffs in Denver, Baltimore and KC. People acting like he is some bum who can be replaced by anybody in the 6th round will be the first ones to complain when he is gone the big plays from the running game go bye bye.

me too. How quickly fans turn on players is really fascinating to me. Also this nonsense about easily replaceable being used on cook all the time is just as fascinating to me. This team needs cook and the other two backs to win. I know this place and most of the internet is obsessed with WR's but I mean its right in front of everyones face what the running game is here and most still can not see it.

Sal had a Pittsburgh media guy on a few minutes ago. He said watt is not going anywhere and they are trying to get a deal done with him before parsons gets his in Dallas. he said Tomlin and Rooney consider watt a one helmet guy.

I think Sal had good info this morning, Pittsburgh talked to Davis last year before he signed with Jax. also Brian daboll could swap Davis for Hyatt. both make a lot of sense

Trading third round picks for wr who need contracts is something I will never understand. Dallas has shown time and time again they can not handle crazy players. Now they saddled a new head coach who has spent every second talking about character and culture with a guy who screams the opposite. this is the jones family screaming look at us all summer, same as it ever was.

Man I hope not. I hope they get that game out of the way early in the year. It’s a meaningless game that will garner a ton of attention, create a ton of talking points and will be extremely physical. i hope they play them early October on a Sunday night and just get it over with.

Well I would caution that coopers ailments in Cleveland were blamed on poor qb play also and then he was just a guy here. a third round pick was thrown away. At least Moore only costs money.

Good wr’s generally are still very good with bad to average qb play.

I was listening to the radio while making dinner and the guys on the fan here in DFW were hinting at DJ Moore getting traded somewhere soon. I think he has a big contract I’m too lazy to look it up

I fail to see what ogunjobi brings to the team. He seems to be a declining player who brings very little to the table. Throw in the suspension I can not see the point of having him on the roster. I guess maybe they keep him through the suspension in case of injuries but I can't even see him being active on gameday if he is healthy. I am not the biggest fan of this free agent class.

I got hit in the head during an at bat in an American Legion game, The guy pitching threw pretty hard and he hit me in the side of the head I turned as fast as I could...got hit square in the head....I blacked out and collapsed on home plate. I ended up with a concussion. Really weird feeling. Ironically because I crowded the plate my whole life I got hit in the head 3 times...but that one particular at bat I just collapsed. So they can happen in any sport.

those nfc east games played at RFK were pretty awesome. That was a special setting and they left for that giant dump they have been playing in since.

They are fine. I think all of this was fine. there are no bad guys here. fans/wgr are frustrated because they believe the source of the bills not winning a championship is not having a high end “#1” wr and beane is frustrated that these same people have complained about him for years without realizing it’s about the team and they do have a plan here. This thing is right on the verge of breaking through. It’s going to be a tough season.

The scheme was excellent last year. the key to all of this was the dedication to improving the line and run blocking…which is a function of the line, tight ends and wr. hiring Aaron Kromer and making those changes was outstanding. i have been saying it all offseason but I believe this is the route they are headed with the defense, they added two new defensive line coaches, one who has had a lot of success and now they remade the defensive line room completely. i don’t think they will win as many games this year as last year, the schedule is incredibly difficult but they will be a better team in the playoffs for these changes. Of course this is barring season ending injuries.

The way Brady runs this offense it will probably be more about getting him the ball quickly and giving him space to run. i have not been able to stop replaying the third down play to cooper in the championship game. it was a perfect play call, they blocked it well, a screen to cooper and caught the chiefs attacking. Cooper should have been off and running, that would have put this team in the Super Bowl. instead he slipped, was slow to get going and karlaftis caught him from behind. If he got to the sideline clear there he is off and running for at least 40 yards. maybe a guy like Moore catches that and goes the distance.

I find the wr obsession here and wgr odd and ignorant also. All the people that wanted wr so bad were elated for giving up a third round pick for cooper last fall. I hated it then and now. I got crushed here for hating the cooper trade. i hope they never do anything like that again.
