  1. When exactly is he coming back anyway?
  2. What are you talking about? They always draft high! And that is awesome! Seriously, you wouldn't want them to win and screw up the franchise, would you? /DeLuca
  3. The wide receivers showed up? You mean Lee Evans showed up and the Texans couldn't cover him. I'd expect JP to have consistant success if he had more than one guy to throw to.
  4. They should be used to JP beating them. I wish we were in the same division.
  5. Bingo. I don't he's necessarily a racist because of what happened. Everyone is aware of racial slurs but almost everyone knows better than to ever use them. But when you're really pissed at someone and (like in this case) you don't know anything about them except what they look like, a racial slur is about the nastiest thing you can say to them. Watching the video and his apology on Letterman last night, MR looks like he's just burned out. He definitely has some problems. Fame is not good for you.
  6. I started the thread for two reasons. 1. I really do like the coins. 2. I wanted to see how long it would take to get completely retarded. The answer? Not long.
  7. This is the single greatest post in the history of PPP. It's like a parody of a liberal post. This is something I'd expect Wacka to write to make fun of liberals.
  8. Fox News had nothing to do with this disaster. Fox News is separate from the Fox Network. The OJ thing was going to run on the Fox Network, the channel with the Simpsons and Family Guy and (previously) Joe Millionaire. It doesn't exactly cater to a "red state audience." He's a sociopath. No doubt.
  9. Let me just add:
  10. "Who wants to drink from the FIRE HOSE?????"
  11. I have no idea what he was trying to do there. He seemed completely out of his mind. This is really going to screw up when I watch Seinfeld re-runs and Kramer interacts with black dudes.
  12. Yeah, there's something no one can relate to.....
  13. Fox News Channel is run by different people than Fox Broadcasting (who initially greenlit the OJ special).
  14. He still hasn't paid any money to the Goldman family and will still be receiving his NFL pension until he dies. The guy leads a charmed life. He'll probably live to be 95.
  15. Obviously I don't. If I believed that I would have said it. Amazing how the only dirt you have on me is stuff I never said. The post to start this thread literally began with "This has nothing to do with anything but..." I just think it's really funny a politician (that's still basically what he is) has to apologize because a staff member went to Wal-Mart to attempt to buy something on his behalf. Wal-Mart! A store where millions of Americans shop. Talk about putting yourself in a crappy position. But, hey, I guess I could start a thread saying "Look how corrupt the Democrats are because they do this!" And then you could reply with "Oh yeah, but the ReTHUGlicans are the ones doing this!" And then I could reply something I read on a bumper sticker and you could do the same. And then you could feel really special because you're really sold on the idea that the idiot politicians the Republicans have are any different from the idiot politicians the Democrats have. And that's probably the type of thread you crave because you're a little slow and a lot insane. Anyways, sorry about your poor reading comprehension. Maybe you should start a "Re-Pigs are the party of pedophiles" thread to get the type of online talk you're looking for.
  16. My last post was literally that Jefferson was NOT the author of the Constitution. Madison was. So no sh--! And yes, Jefferson was President during the First Barbary War and even commissioned William Eaton's mission to overthrow the Bashaw of Tripoli to free the sailors captured on the USS Philadelphia. But he and Tobias Lear ended up giving up on Eaton's mission before he actually made it to Tripoli and they basically settled on an agreement with Tripoli to go back to paying tribute (bribes) to get back their sailors and for assurances that American trading vessels wouldn't be attacked. The Barbary states went back to their same BS during the War of 1812 and there was a Second Barbary War under Madison. This time Stephen Decatur and William Bainbridge basically used overwhelming force to take the Barbary States to the woodshed and put a permanent end to the problem.
  17. You were right the first time anyway. Madison was Jefferson's Secretary of State and the Barbary Wars were won when he was President.
  18. Someone *is* recognized as the primary author of the Constitution and it's not Jefferson (who was the primary author of the Declaration).
  19. Can't wait to hear what she comes up with.
  20. Everyone does. Link Follow the link for real live actual facts.
  21. This is an awesome post because: 1. How many people on this board actually know who the author of the Constitution was? 2. How many people know the US Navy was active in the Mediterranean early in our country's history? 3. How many people know why they were there and who they were fighting?
  22. Cool. If it's wrong to be excited about this, then I don't want to be right. The best part about this program is that in 10 years Americans might be able to name more than 10 former Presidents.
  23. That's another great Schoop-ism. He manages to stay on both sides of every issue. Which helps him in the event someone calls to comment on one of his "opinions" because it lets him freak out and say people aren't listening to what he's actually saying. I really expect him to start his show tomorrow with: "Let me make this clear. I don't like JP Losman but I do like him." Then callers will chime in and say they either like Losman or don't like Losman, and Schoop will call them idiots. Bulldog will get emotional and say dumb things.
  24. Which proves tasers work.
