OJ's 2003 yards in 14 games is the real rushing record and the gold standard for RBs to try and reach. Dickerson had a great year in 84 but 2,105 yards in 16 games doesn't beat 2,003 yards in 14 games. Saquon Barkley in 14 games this season has 1,688 yards which is a great year but not close to OJ's.

Why? I can't see this being the national game of the week. The Bills are fun to watch but the Pats are BARF!!! -

12/15/24 Week 15 Bills @ Lions Game Post Game Thread

It would be nice if this game gets replayed on the NFL network tomorrow night. So far nothing has been posted. -
True but this year does feel a little different. Their offense hasn't looked all that great this year. It seems like Mahomes has thrown more INT's this season. I get that they are the defending champs and get the benefit of the doubt. But this doesn't feel like their year. IMHO. I think the AFC will come down to the Bills or Ravens.

I want all 3 for him and Bills fans. 1. MVP 2.Super Bowl MVP 3.Lombardi trophy

To rest or not to rest the starters, that is the question

Their defense is overrated but Rodgers and their offense have played well these past 2 weeks. The Jets also get fired up to play the Bills. Look at the game at MetLife. The Bills won 23-20 but the Jets missed 2 FG's and extra point if I remember correctly. It certainly wasn't easy beating them. -

Or Baltimore. The Ravens still have a shot at the division. This Saturday's game between them is going to be a fun one to watch. -

Yes, but Jets game worries me the most. Their offense has looked good the last 2 weeks as Rodgers is showing his old form. In recent years they treat games against the Bills as their own personnel Super Bowl. -

If the Bills have a shot at the #1 seed, then they have to go for it. Also, McDermott has never won a playoff game on the road. 0-4. JAX, HOU, KC (2). I definitely want as many playoff games in OP as possible. -
Around the NFL Week 15 (no Bills talk in this thread please)

Saturday's games Texans at Chiefs. Obvious choice here as every Bills fan will be rooting for a Texans win Steelers at Ravens. What is the better outcome for the Bills here. Do we want the Steelers or Ravens to win.

4th quarter wasn't pretty. Giving up only 21 points through 3 quarters was pretty good. We all knew the Lions were going to get their points. Do the Bills have things to work on to get better. Of course. Every team will say the same thing but to go into Detroit and come away with a win was impressive.
-
The performance by the defense wasn't that bad. Played well enough to get a 35-14 lead. Gave up only 21 points after 3 quarters. It would have been nice if they could have carried that performance throughout the 4th quarter. With the Lions offense they were going to get their yards and points especially with them desperately trying to get back in the game.

At least the #2 seed in the AFC in the bag now?
Gregg replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hope the Bills don't have a letdown against the Pats. Coming off a huge win where it was built as a potential Super Bowl preview. Now they play the hapless Pats. I don't think the Bills will lose but I could see them at least starting out somewhat slow. -
The opening line for the Bills - Pats game is the Bills are favored by 14.
-
The Chiefs still have to play Pitt as well. That won't be easy for them especially if Mahomes isn't 100%
-
The entire offense played well. Many of the "experts" are saying this is the best offense Allen's has played with. So, he is getting plenty of help. The defense played well for 3 quarters which allowed them to build a 35-14 lead. The 4th quarter could have been better, but Detroit was making a frantic push to get back in the game. With that offense they were going to get their yards and points. Great TEAM win yesterday.
-
I think he plays. He was able to walk off the field on his own. Watt is a tough SOB so I expect he will play. He might not be at 100%
-
Steelers better hope that TJ Watt injury isn't too serious. I don't think it is as he was walking off the field yesterday on his own although he was limping.

Even though they gave up 42 points I thought the defense played well at least for 3 quarters. The Bills did jump out to a 35-14 lead so the defense must have been doing something right. The 4th quarter the Lions were making a frantic push to get back in the game. It would have been nice if the defense could have closed the game better. In the end a win is a win is a win.
