  1. This was a little piece from the NY Times. WOW just WOW if true. "The Johnson family’s behavior inside the Jets locker room has also become an issue, according to team and league sources. NFL locker rooms are restricted-access spaces typically limited to players, coaches, team personnel and media members. But (woody's teenage sons) Brick and Jack have brought friends — male and female — into the locker room, and current and former players and coaches told The Athletic that Woody Johnson, his wife, Suzanne Ircha Johnson, and his sons criticized players inside the locker room." "This year, on Halloween night, the Jets registered their first victory since Saleh’s firing four weeks earlier. It was a significant moment for a struggling team. Rodgers walked into an energized locker room with a game ball in hand, and it was expected that he’d give the ball to Ulbrich, a customary gesture when a coach gets his first NFL win. But before Rodgers could speak, Brick Johnson took another game ball and awarded it to wide receiver Garrett Wilson in a profanity-laced exclamation, which the owner’s son later posted to Instagram. Woody Johnson then gave Ulbrich the ball Rodgers had been holding. Multiple players said the energy felt drained out of the room. “It was the most awkward, cringe-worthy, brutal experience,” one player said."
  2. At the time the Jets were looking to upgrade from Wilson both JD and Saleh wanted to sign Carr who would have been an upgrade over Wilson. It was Johnson who overruled them because he wanted Rodgers. You can get on JD for the Wilson pick at #2, failure to build a decent OL, and his defense is proving to be overrated this year. But the Rodgers signing is 100% on Johnson. All of the NY media were reporting this to be true.
  3. Terry deserves the complaints when it comes to the Sabres.
  4. Something else to keep an eye on this offseason. https://thejetpress.com/garrett-wilson-trade-rumors-ny-jets-request-offseason-report-01jfddxnv7e2
  5. Sabres 38 Bruins 17
  6. Not happening this offseason. This season was a reality check for them.
  7. That is horrifying. He has nothing to complain about with the Bills. If he can find the right people (BIG IF) to run the Sabres then he should do the same thing and stay out of the way. The Bills are proof that it works when he isn't involved.
  8. If we are talking about annoying fanbases then let's not forget.
  9. At least they are wearing red over white which is much better than the all reds and blues. If they continue wearing the red jersey every year then I hope red over white replaces the all reds which should never be worn again.
  10. I guess we really should be thankful for Beane and McDermott. They must be running the Bills without any meaningful input from Terry. I know Terry can do what he wants being the owner but seeing the results he must not be involved with the Bills decision making process and let Beane and McDermott do their thing. He needs to find that leadership for the Sabres that the Bills currently enjoy.
  11. I don't mind Eagle and Davis. They are good announcers.
  12. Pats-Bills will be shown to most of the country.
  13. Not surprised as Cousins has been struggling in recent weeks.
  14. I would hope someone knocks them out before then. Steelers could do it as those games are always intense wars.
  15. I have more confidence in the Bills offense going up against the Steelers defense then I do the Bills defense going up against the Ravens offense. The Bills struggle against the run. I want no part of Henry and Jackson running the ball.
  16. Can Barkley even break the rushing record period. He has 1688 yards in 14 games. That is 315 yards short of OJ's 2003 yards in 1973. Even Eric Dickerson doesn't have the record. IMHO to break the rushing record an RB would have to rush for 2004 yards and do it in 14 games.
  17. Right now, the Bills have a nice "temporary" rivalry with the Chiefs. But once Mahomes and Allen are gone, and the teams decline then KC will just be another team. The dislike for our divisional rivals will always be permanent.
  18. I live in NJ, so I have to deal with Jets fans and listen to the media hype them up over the last few seasons. I don't think that will be happening this offseason. So, for me it's the Jets and then the Dolphins/Pats.

  21. Lot of choices and good answers in this thread. I will go with Cook. 171 carries 828 yards 13 TDs (tied for 2nd in the league) and 4.8 average per carry.
  22. Dov Kleiman on X: "Multiple NFL sources believe that Mike Vrabel is the top coaching candidate for the #Jets, per @Connor_J_Hughes Vrabel is the coaching candidate that "the Jets covet the most." https://t.co/bJKgnH6rP6" / X
  23. Jeff Passan on X: "BREAKING: OF/1B Cody Bellinger has been traded from the Chicago Cubs to the New York Yankees, sources tell ESPN. Bellinger, 29, is a former MVP and has two years remaining on his contract with an opt-out after 2025. Yankees continue to be aggressive post-Juan Soto." / X
  24. Probably a good idea especially since they are playing Saturday and then on Christmas.
