  1. I don't believe in the polls either. 2016 was proof of that. Everyone thought Hillary was going to win. It was a slam dunk guarantee by those accurate "polls". Look how that turned out.
  2. I don't see it this year. I hope I am wrong about that. With a lot of money coming off the books after this year I could see the Bills reloading not rebuilding for 2025. Beane will have money available to be aggressive in FA to get some elite level talent to improve the team.
  3. Yup. He has the gunslinger mentality. Because he has the strong arm, he is willing to take risks and that is one of the reasons why he is able to make plays that most QBs can't make or won't even try to make. At the same time, he is prone to turnovers because of it. I think Allen is good for 30-40 TD passes every year along with a number of rushing TD's. But he is also probably good for around 15 INT's a year as well.
  4. Looking at the first 6 games. If the Bills are 3-3 that is OK. 4-2 or better would be good/great. 4 out of 6 on the road with 3 straight tough road games. Brutal start schedule wise. No week 1 game is a must win but looking at weeks 2 thru 6 the Bills better win week 1. Cardinals at Dolphins Jaguars at Ravens at Texans at Jets
  5. I would be surprised if the Bills don't walk off the field around 4:00 at 1-0. Anything can happen but this is a game they should win.
  6. 2020 they went 13-3 but lost at TEN 42-16 in week 6. Just like the 90's Bills they never came close to going undefeated as they had already lost game in Oct.
  7. 1990 and 1991 they went 13-3 in those years, but they never came close to going undefeated. In 1990 they lost at Miami 30-7 in week 2. In 1991 they lost at KC 33-6 in week 6. They never had a year where they were still undefeated going into December.
  8. I think they will start strong. Take a look their schedule before they play Buffalo in week 6. They have an excellent shot to be 4-1 going into the Bills game. If they can beat SF, then maybe 5-0. at SF at TEN NE DEN MIN (London) BUF
  9. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills take a step back this year with a lot of new faces on the roster. With a lot of money coming off the books after the season then Beane will have an opportunity to reload for 2025. I would expect he will be aggressive in FA in trying to get Allen some help. He couldn't really do that this past offseason.
  10. They did win 7 games last year without having an NFL QB on the roster. Even if Rodgers gets hurt then they have Tyrod Taylor, and he is a nice upgrade over Zach Wilson as the backup QB. I think both Breece and G. Wilson are going to be trouble for opposing defenses especially if Rodgers can stay healthy. Plus, their defense is really good. I think we will see a three-team battle for the AFCE this year.
  11. The Yankees win 6-0. Let's Go Yankees.
  12. Looking good today leading 5-0 in the 8th. Judge with another HR and Stanton with a 3-run HR.
  13. https://nypost.com/2024/08/22/sports/zach-wilsons-broncos-future-in-question-after-losing-starting-qb-battle/ Zach may not make the Broncos roster.
  14. When this is the "FACE" of your fanbase you deserved to be laughed at.
  15. First things first. Get the win week 1. It's always good to start off 1-0. Last year especially the way they lost to the Jets week 1 was extremely frustrating.
  16. I don't see him going to a team that is in a full rebuild like the Giants as he is in his 70's. I don't think he wants to go through a rebuild anyway. His motivation is to catch Shula and prove he can win without Brady. A team that is ready to win now I think he would do well as long as his understands he is just the head coach. If he wants to be the GM than forget it. He was a terrible GM
  17. He wants to catch Shula for the all-time wins record as a HC. He was a terrible GM and that led to his last few years at NE being crap. He is a great HC and probably the GOAT. With an elite level QB, he went to 9 Super Bowls and won 6 of them. He also probably wants to prove to the NFL world that he can win a Super Bowl without Brady. He is a better HC and DC then Sean. It won't happen as I think will end up in Dallas if McCarthy gets fired but it would be wonderful to have Bill coaching the Bills with Allen as his QB.
