All I know is that since January of 2021, virtually EVERYTHING I buy has gone up in price about 20-50%, and some things even higher. Can't figure out what changed around that time. I imagine football tiks and food costs at big time sporting events got caught up in the same wave. 😉

Oh no, poor billionaires losing money.

Same here. Saw Russ Meyer's Supervixens that way in the late 70s in Angola. Good times....LOL. -
I saw this too yesterday, as I do peruse X from time to time. IMO, BIG mistake on JA's part if he's already putting a ring on her. What's the rush? Seems very odd too, as he went with Brittany for years, and offered no commitment with her. Whatever though, if he's happy with her, and thinks that she's his soulmate, I wish them well.

I mean, you couldn't be too much worse than McClappy, right?

There's the big question for us pians of how much your monthly soc sec check will be (while the feds are still paying it out)....pretty good variations on the amounts between 62, 65, 67, and 70 years old. RN, Im shooting for 67. 😉

To All You Dorsey/McD Haters What Say You Now ?
Bob Jones replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall
I tend to agree, but honestly, this board is so popular, I can't even come close to keeping up with the GD thread....I look up to watch a play, and then look back down at my tablet, and I'm 3-4 pages behind! 😂 -
Will Burrow do this too? Seems like he already has been doing so. 😉

To All You Dorsey/McD Haters What Say You Now ?
Bob Jones replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall
After TWO games?! One of them against an inferior Raiders team, and the other against a Jets team they should have demolished once Rodgers got knocked out. I think I'll wait 2-3 months and see where the Bills are at that time. But like many folks in here, I thought that McClappy should have been canned after the 13 second disaster. -
Unreal. Maybe Pickett is the real deal……LMAO.
-
Yikes. It is a violent game, with risk of a debilitating injury on just about every play, especially for QBs, RBs, receivers, and kick returners.
-
Safety for the Steelers #39 comes in low while Chubb is being engaged up high by a LB, hit is hard and right on Cubbs left knee, and the knee is awkwardly bent the wrong way as he gets flipped over. Ran back my DVR to see it.

And next Sunday night.....Steelers vs Raiders! Just insane....

How many female officials are doing NFL games now, and where are they getting them from? I see one on the field tonight, and the Bills game had at least one. I watch a lot of college ball (admittedly, mainly big schools/ranked teams) and I rarely see female officials in those games. Maybe the games I'm watching just coincidentally don’t have female officials.

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)
Bob Jones replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
Don’t live in WNY anymore, but I am curious. The construction site looks rather large, and it looks like a LOT of parking spaces were lost to the construction site…maybe thousands of vehicles? Where do all those vehicles now park for games? Is there room in private lots near the stadium for all the vehicles that would normally park in the space which is now fenced off? -
Wut!? Both DirecTV and YTTV require that you have a TV and electrical power. The only difference between the 2 is that you MUST have a high speed internet connection to watch NFL games on a TV in your residence. I guess you could watch them on a phone or tablet “over the air” just using cell phone towers (not connected to Wi-Fi), but not sure if the speed would be enough there, and be consistent.

Was at a relative’s house yesterday, and it was odd that sometimes you got the Zen moments and other times you did indeed get ads. Wonder what the delineation was as to whether or not you got the ads. Note: there was way more ad time vs Zen moment time.
-
Yes, *most* people do. But like I said, you still have to figure it into the cost of watching NFL games on YTTV, so your “savings” may not be as great as you think (DirecTV vs YTTV)
-
Another problem is that if you’re not in the Buffalo area, but you are in a city with their own NFL team, and you want to go side-by-side with the Bills game and your home city’s game, you can’t, because your home city game is blacked out on YTTV. You have to have another TV going to watch it “over the air”, or just on another cable platform (if you’re paying for that) such as Xfinity.
-
I’ve seen this take posted up for months now, but don’t forget that you have to take in to account what your high speed internet costs too….no high speed internet, no YTTV. With DIRECTV, obviously you did not need to have high speed internet.

You and I are on the same page. I also don't think that he is elite, but he seems to be very accurate and seems to always make a very good choice for his target. If they don’t have any injuries to key players, I think it will be them and the Bills battling for the AFC east crown.
-
Pretty sure he hits plenty of deep passes too, like the one a minute ago.
-
Are DBs afraid to hit receivers now? That Pats DB should have clocked Hill to try and jar the ball out.
-
That last throw..down to the 1...was as perfect as a pass will ever get..threaded the needle between 2 defenders.
-
Just DVRd back to the play....nah, he only turned his head AFTER he made contact with the receiver, and the head turn was very slight too. That's called PI 99 times out of a 100.
-
Interesting....seems like that is always called as defensive PI (ball is underthrown, receiver slows down to get ball, DB makes contact with receiver).
