  1. I find myself not caring about this game as much as recent years because we all know only the playoff game matters. But then I remember I hate the Chiefs. And then I remember we kinda need to keep winning. So just win
  2. I'd like to activate Gabe for a few games when/if he's healthy. That doesn't change the need to also bring in a WR via trade
  3. He hasn't been good this year but is Darnell Mooney gettable/appealing? I've always been a fan but kind of feels like more of the same on our roster in terms of nobody special.
  4. I agree with a lot of this. And I don't mean this as an excuse but I'm also not 100% sure Josh is healthy. I do think there is a scheme issue and more than anything is too predictable. We never seem to catch a defensive player out of position. But the WR room is just not good. And I think Beane's radio comments this year have made the WR issues amplified in the minds of fans
  5. At this point, I guess you have to do something like: Oliver to IR - Phillips to the active roster Codrington released - Poyer to active roster And then probably a mysterious IR trip for a guy like Jamarcus Ingram or Van Pran Granger so you can call up a guy like Logue Then eventually have to make a trade for a WR and then either Moore, Samuel, or Shavers is either cut or ends up on IR
  6. Just trade for anyone with a pulse. That would upgrade the room.
  7. It doesn't matter but our running backs other than Cook are bad
  8. Tre white seeing reps over Hairston is in a 37 point 4th quarter game is interesting
  9. Let's make sure we keep taking him off the field
  10. Offense coaching didn't change in the bye
  11. Yes and no. Which seems to be the answer to every Bills question these days
  12. I'd be willing to give up two 1sts in the right deal if it were possible. Just go win a championship. As a lifelong St Blues Blues fan, I watched dozens and dozens of playoff exits, heartbreaking losses deep in the playoffs, etc. The Stanley Cup in 2019 will be something that I will never in my life forget. Everyone in the organization can do whatever they want now and in the mind of Blues fans, all is fine because they finally won that Cup. Go around the city and everyone will tell you where they were when it happened. They'll tell you how amazing the parade was. Everyone has a story. Eventually you just gotta put the chips all in and win one. You'll never have a better chance than you do with Josh Allen.
  13. This is a great test for the coaching staff in my opinion. Coming off 2 losses where you got both outplayed and outcoached. You had a bye week and now you go on the road against an improved but still mediocre team. You have the 2 suspended players coming back and likely a few other difference makers coming back from injury. If you can't get it done on Sunday, it's going to be a long season.
  14. Why make a trade when you have Terrell Shavers and Gabe Davis chomping at the bit.
  15. Jamaar Chase and Micah Parsons
  16. It is Josh and it should be Josh. But he's definitely lost some fire. Maybe he's saving it for when it matters. But it's not the same Josh
  17. Lackadaisical. From ownership to the front office to the coaching staff to the players. Everyone is buddies and it's Shakir's turn to bring orange slices and kool-aid to the next game
  18. Given the way our secondary has played, unless Max's leg falls off between now and Sunday there is no reason for him to be inactive against Carolina. And even then I'd give him a long look.
  19. They'll help. I'm not sure that means a ton but they'll help. I'm just glad that our defensive fate rides on a rookie CB coming off a knee injury about to make his NFL debut.
  20. I feel like we go into games with a plan and don't deviate until it's too late. Both sides of the ball. Brady is best when he can script an entire drive (1st drive of game/2nd half). He's struggling more this year when being put on the spot. For all of the lack of pass catching talent, our offensive play calling has been extremely poor
  21. I'm ready to move away from always having a nickel on the field anyway. His play only makes me feel stronger about that. But whether it's at NCB or safety, I want to see Hancock on the field a lot starting this week.
