Perhaps that was the plan until the field was flooded and increased the risk. My point was aimed at the bizarre whining that the Ravens should’ve played to win because it was a rival or something.

    If Diggs were injured and yet still able to contribute, it reasons he would come ON the field on third downs or critical passing situations. Your first point is worthy. I don't see how he doesn't return to the Bills for one last season.

    The OL playing respectably lightens the burden. OT + C should still be mid-round picks at the very least. WR, DL, and S are quite a mess.

    All true. Injury speculation is part of the excuse shield. Still have to give Allen credit for his durability either way. Though it's frustrating the Bills are in the fortunate minority of having their starting QB available all year and yet still seem discombobulated this late.
