  1. Does he talk about how the Bills are coming for your souls again?
  2. Harty actually made me miss McKenzie this season. Terrible signing. But what a huge missed opportunity for McKenzie’s career last season and now we’re here unfortunately.
  3. I agree Allen’s flopping is cheap and soft. And then pleading to the officials makes it even more embarrassing. He does it too much and often to the extreme.
  4. Purdy winning MVP would be an incredible story. A SB appearance and he's already on the Mahomes trajectory.
  5. On the road in a let down scenario against an embarrassed team with nothing to lose. Also don’t like getting them in first game playing for an interim coach. Billsier things have happened.
  6. Miller flashed. And what a job by McDermott. Prescott under pressure and off balance all game. I hope to see a thread of appreciation for the head coach.
  7. Cook (and the blockers) have been brilliant. But I don’t understand how Davis, Shakir, Sherfield, Harty, Kincaid, Knox, etc. can be such complete zeros.
  8. Big props to the Browns. They’re a mash unit.
  9. Gutsy effort from the Bengals. Good for them.
  10. Yep some Bills level execution on those sneaks.
  11. What a play! Fun game for scrubby QBs.
  12. Ravens Chiefs Dolphins Jaguars Browns Colts Broncos
  13. He's been good. Nice change of scenery for the player to have an ascending year after the contract.
  14. Should've just bumped the August thread where the board called for a Davis extension before he priced himself out of the market with a great season.
  15. Counting on the trio of White, Poyer, and Hyde to be healthy/effective going into the season was absurd. All three are broken and should be gone next season. Elam has to be on the trade block in the spring - there's no recovering from this situation. I expect Beane to overpay Jackson in free agency for familiarity's sake. That leaves Douglas, Benford, Johnson, Jackson, and presumably a mid-round pick as the corps. While I was excited about the Rapp signing, I don't think he's earned another contract - disappointing. Safety has to be in the cards for draft day 2. Neal, Hamlin, and Lewis (UFA) are irrelevant.
  16. Very well should’ve been back to back losses where Allen missed a wide open Davis in the clutch, settled for the FG, and handed the game back to the defense to give up the winning TD. It’s both understandably frustrating and quite a bizarre circumstance.
  17. And the offense once again stopped scoring TDs, settled for the late FG (with some odd clock management), and turned the game over to the defense. At 6-6 though, a win is a win is a win. Just have to hope some good fortune boosts them into next week.
  18. Agreed. The INT was again a turning point. Not sure if the team gets mentally fatigued by the turnovers or the coaches deliberately try to protect Allen from snowballing. Lots of errant reads/passes downfield and the forced screens to Diggs were pathetic. The OL disintegrating under pressure in the fourth quarter didn't help matters.
  19. No. The Bills have fared well against the Chiefs during the regular season. The monkey looms in the playoffs or a do/die game for both teams.
  20. I’m not sure it would’ve been truly “billsy.” Bills predictably settled for the FG and Mahomes predictably threw the go-ahead TD. It played out the way everyone expected…minus the Bills actually getting the calls/breaks at the end. Aka they got beat by superior players making an incredible play. That isn’t “billsy.” Now, Toney lining up off-sides to negate the TD was absolutely a “billsy” equivalent for the Chiefs.
