Yep. I think they begged the league to move the Browns game to Detroit, instead of another outdoor venue that was available. Then, the dome in Atlanta that never happened. Hate to say it, last season WAS the SB season & they blew it.

I suppose playing NE & the NYJets twice skew the points allowed numbers. Sometimes matchups aren't kind. I think if the Chargers hung on last week, the Bills win a high scoring game this past weekend. Instead, you get the BenGals who have to play 6 games in the rugged AFC North. Yeah, the D got pushed around yesterday but I still can't believe the Bills only scored 10 points...that's way below their average.

The Bills presently are constructed like a Big 12 team, where the goal is to outscore the opponent. They're not alone in this philosophy, plenty of other teams do so. Doesn't mean it's correct. Get a better interior D line for starters. The BenGals exposed that weakness. The Chiefs would have as well.

Yes & no. Forgive me if this comparison is weird....the Browns. Maybe even the Raiders. Browns had the "it factor" in 2020. They still have a good roster, they're not far off. They kick Cincy's a$$ but can't beat the NFC South lol. The Raiders are a coach away from 11-6. The Bills have a lot of positives, don't give up. The Bills, hey they can still dominate the AFC East, that alone is a quick path to the playoffs. Miami is schizoid, the Jets need a QB, and the Pats aren't that good.

Tackling in the NFL generally sucks today. It's not unique to the Bills.

Bills are the Chargers of the 70s, Browns of the 80s right now. Great team, just not good enough. Last season's choke job in KC was the signal to change, but they were reluctant to do it.

Yep. When they drafted Lamar, the Ratbirds & Roman chose to design a great rushing attack sprinkled with a low dose passing attack. It definitely works but the downfall is if you fall behind a couple scores, especially in the 2nd half, you have to abandon that design & throw. From a distance it does appear the Rats are preparing to move away from that design, maybe even without Lamar.

Sorry guys this is just so wrong on many levels, a real bad precedent by the NFL. We were taught that you can't change the rules in the middle of the game. The NFL owners vote was wrong, & it's our team who stands to benefit the most from it.

Bills fans trash other bases all the time...Jets, Pats, Fins, Cowboys, Browns, etc etc etc, no biggie. BenGals fans conveniently forget they've been thrashed by the Browns 7 out of the last 8 games. The secret of the Browns success vs Cincy is simple- get your hands on Burrow & bring him down. (see reply #14 on that thread posted above lol)- they are only "worried about 2 teams and they're both in the division"). Ok, what say you? Will the Bills be able to sack/harass Burrow? If they do it's a 14 point win at the very least.

Yep, really a bad idea by the league. They go out of their way in week 18 to make sure there's equality in starting times, then they do this.
