Not likely, but if I'm Beane I try hard for Jacob's. I think he can make our O almost unstoppable, and yes I know it's terrific already when I say that. But can't ignore our lack of power running game could be our Achilles heel.
LIMITATIONS. That's the key word and the ONLY word that is meaningful in your post. He is severely limited for a NFL qb. And that's without the fact he's one more concussion from being out of the league.
I simply cannot believe what I'm seeing from the Lions D. I mean it's embarrassing. They look like a college team, it's incredible. The Bills might put up 50.
Ok, so two caveats upfront:
1. I believe this present team currently can win the SB.
2. I don't want Beane make a move so for the sake of it because other contenders are.
Having said that I would like to see us be a bit aggressive and make a move. Especially at RB, which frankly is a weakness, even though Devin is a warrior. Would absolutely love Jacob's at the right price. Also would not mind getting a safety for depth. Or even a WR but I'd wait and take my chances with renting OBJ. Thoughts?
Now he looks impressive, especially his bull rush. What interested me the most was that the Steelers were doubling him and singling Von. Says something about what they think of groot, but it seems surprising, yet it looked like it was effective on the plays shown. Thoughts on that strategy?
I was actually going to make a post yesterday about the KC punter yesterday. Lordy, he was unreal, and flipped the field several times. Frankly if KC had won, I think he would have deserved the game ball, even over Kelce.
Fun to watch, great to see what a family these guys truly are. A bit surprising that Lil dirty led the pre game huddle. Not saying anything wrong with it. I guess I just expected that would be Diggs. But I know Mckenzie is a leader and inspires the team.
As I expected it was much better. But what adjustments did they make? Also did Spags call the dogs off a bit? It didn't seem like they blitzed as much in the second half.
