It’s unhealthy for me just how much I despise the Titans franchise. Between the Forward Pass, their stupid coaches, and them thumbing their nose at the COVID protocols and then playing the victim, I just absolutely hate them more than any other team. That and Tannehill just gives us fits. I see lots of people saying we will hammer them and the spread is 10, but with Gabe out and down a few DTs, I think it’s a nail biter. I think everyone on here (myself included) is going to be pissed when we can’t put them away or we have a few 3 and outs or when Tannehill playactions Edmunds straight out of his zone. Add in Simmons getting some pressure and Byard seemingly always getting a pick and it just seems like a close game. Not having Gabe is huge too, that can’t be understated. I think 23-20 sounds about right and to be honest, we need to show we can win close games. Feels like we lost every one of them last year. We can’t just boat race everyone.

This x100%. We had a front row seat for the Patriots BS luck for 20 years. I’m afraid that team is the chiefs now. Every ball bounces their way. Mahomes gets picked? Nope I see a flag. Gets picked again? Nope call overturned for no reason. Picked again? Nope DB drops it. And literally no matter what, the other team will always do 2 or 3 moronic things that they otherwise never would do just to give them the easy wins and ultimately home field advantage in the playoffs.

100%. Games that scare me that we might lose this year will be to teams that can keep up with us and score. Chiefs, Bengals, chargers, etc. Chiefs especially. Their offensive line is so good, it would be a LONG night with Mahomes having all day back there to pick us apart.

This 100%. I think we can move the ball on anyone and should be able to tonight. As usual comes down to the defense and in my opinion the D line and if they can pressure Stafford or not. If it’s like last year, then yeah it’s going to be a long night. Vons impact both in terms of him getting sacks and allowing guys like Oliver to eat will be the key to this defense being a liability or not. Don’t give me the whole “they were the #1 defense” talk. Our D scared literally no one and that was proven anytime we played a competent QB. I had zero confidence this team could ever get a critical stop when needed did you? Pretty much my prediction too. I worry that Diggs can’t get much going against Ramsey too. Biggest key to me is what kind of juice does Von bring to the D line so the corners get some help overall. Need big impact from him or else I worry it’s a really long night.
