Chiefs rebuilt their o line into a strength of the team. Weapons aren’t great but Mahomes has all day and that’s scary. Wish we’d invest in the o line to protect josh too

I hate that I can only like this post once. Not being able to scheme Diggs open is disturbing and yes Gabe is average. Our lack of weapons and speed overall means we can’t get easy long plays like slants and screens with YAC. Add in our disaster running game and this is what happens

Sloppy. Ravens bringing blitzes and us not picking them up is going to get josh murdered. Or at minimum stripped or picked off again

Baltimore knows we can’t run. They only need to put 4 on the line and flood the zones on josh. These are the defenses that josh struggles against

Go Bills. All depends on how well we handle the ravens blitz. Does it lead to josh being able to scramble out for big yards or lead to strip sacks and fumbles and INTs? That’s the key to the game.

7 straight losses in close games. Situational football is my biggest concern and that record shows it. When we are humming on all cylinders, we win big and no one can stop us. Not going to be like that all the time though and then it comes down to making a key play, good coaching, good offensive line play and then some luck. This franchise has zero luck so gotta do the rest. We simply can’t run the ball, josh is always running for his life, and if we need a clutch stop on D, do you have faith it happens? Not me. Frazier will probably dial up soft coverage. 1 game isn’t a big deal, 2 is a trend, but 7 losses in close games is just beyond awful and says a lot.

I have the quad box up watching the 4 pm window. Even teams like the jags can run the ball. It’s insane how bad our line is.

100%. I know the chiefs lost today but they’ve done an absolutely way better job than us at protecting Mahomes. Took Humphrey (Beanes biggest miss) and got brown, Thuney, etc. Complete rebuild in 1 year while our line still just completely sucks

I can’t like this post enough. Josh covers up so many warts but he can’t dodge everything. When they whiff bad stuff happens and can be game changing turnovers.

Ignoring the offensive line is the bigger issue. Taking Benford over Parham was a dumb move. Spencer brown has looked awful and Doyle was a waste too. Melvin Ingram isn’t awful but he destroyed us today all day.

This. And unless we win by 20, we lose because we are at such a disadvantage from a coaching perspective

We have to score every possession or not going to win, that’s so much pressure on josh to be superhuman.

Tre likely won’t be back until after the bye against Green Bay. Oliver provides the pressure in the middle. Not having him is a huge deal unless Settle is fully healthy and steps up

Every time I think we deserve this and we will finally win it, the football gods kick me in the nuts.
