  1. Yes. He is doing a good job. His overall body of work since 2017 proves he is doing a good job. Good job: Firing Josh’s buddy and handpicked OC in the middle of the season was clearly the right move. Good job: With the offense slumping for most of this season, the defense, missing significant starters, either won us the game or kept us in the game with McD at DC.
  2. I don’t disagree this team needs to be better in close/OT games. I just don’t think firing the HC is the answer.
  3. 4th most wins in the NFL since he took over. That ain’t a loser.
  4. I won’t get into the Marv vs. McD debate. My point was he is one of the best HC’s this losing franchise has ever had.
  5. We have won plenty of games solely because of McD’s defense in his tenure. Short term memory.
  6. Or he’s the reason we won last week and were even in the game today for taking a stance and firing our franchise QBs buddy and OC.
  7. You are wrong and will be crying for McD to come back (if Pegula buys into the people that don't know ball narrative). We have the 4th most wins in the NFL since 2017.
  8. No I’ve just been a fan of this franchise long enough to question whether firing the best coach we have ever had is the right move because we can’t get over the hump.
  9. He also let the Eagles back in the game by forcing a ball to Diggs for a pick. It’s easy to point the finger at the HC. Problem is not McD.
  10. I don’t think it took too long and I don’t think change happens slow in this organization when compared to others. Rookie TEs generally don’t make an early impact. We routinely sit guys and move on from players that are duds. McD fired our franchise QBs hand selected OC and you’re going to take the “well it was too late” stance? Get lost
  11. What? We are not in the game if McD doesn’t fire Dorsey. That changed the outlook of the season.
  12. Maybe the players choke? No it can’t be the players, way easier to blame Dorsey, I mean McD.
  13. Not at all. I sincerely don’t think a McD scapegoat firing is the right move for a team that has been a consistent contender. Especially after he took the leap of firing his friend and Josh’s hand selected boy in Dorsey and clearly got that one right. He should be praised for that move and there hasn’t been a peep of that.
  14. McD deserves a ton of credit for firing Josh’s boy and his friend Ken. It was McD’s decision and clearly the right one.
  15. And the exact sentiment of this board if Josh throws a pick. “We were playing so well, why not give yourself a chance in overtime, why put Josh in a bad situation, blah blah blah”
  16. Until Allen forces a pick and we all scream for not playing for overtime when “we dominated the entire game”
  17. No. He’s the easy scapegoat. The next man up in the blame game. Our losses are by 6, 5, 4, 6, 2, 3. I don’t think a new HC gets you over that hump. Players are put in a position to win week in and week out. We shouldn’t take that for granted.
