Yes it was, but letting up only 1 td in a game is ultimately good. The bills offense got in the red zone (or super close to it) 4 times and only scored once. The play calling forced them into 3rd and 4th and longs. It was awful.

Fire Daboll. The guy calls jet sweeps every 5 games. Completely abandons the QB runs for multiple games at a time. Doesnt ever design a game plan to get his QB in a rhythm to start the game. You have Beasley, Diggs and Sanders; why cant Daboll design a drive or two to get Josh into rhythm. He truly sucks.

He is. He is a defensive coach and the the defense let up one big run. Other than that they showed up. Every loss this season other than the Titans game is more on the offense not performing than the defense not performing. Steelers game was lost because the offense, Jaguars game because of the offense, This game was because of the offense. Mcdermott had his issues tonight with burning two time outs on stupid stuff but Daboll really screwed this game up.

Our Defense let up one big TD and other than that they did fine. Our offense got he ball in the red zone on the last two drives and on the second drive and got NOTHING. They called plays that got Allen sacked instead of giving them a chance to convert a 4th down. Hence why we had to kick a field goal everyone knew we'd miss on the second to last drive. I am not far gone. The offense was the issue today; and the offenses biggest issue was the play calling was piss poor. As it has been all year. If you dont see it, thats a problem.

Yes I am for real. Your best player is your QB because of his running ability and ability to improvise. You take that away and the offensive is bad. Daboll didnt even try to run the ball with Allen. When Allen took off, it worked but nothing was designed. And thats why the bills lost. Only points were on a gift.

In a game where the wind was clearly a factor, maybe calling misdirection and qb runs would have helped. The RBs have been bad all year and every single person in this forum knew they wouldnt be effective today. Daboll is just too "smart" for his own good. He thinks hes the smartest dude in the stadium but he is a moron. He has been awful all year.

Was it though? We cant possible know that if the QB never actually had a designed run. You had first and goal on the 6, your only effective runner is your qb, but you give it to one of your mediocre running backs for a 1 yard run. Worst case is Allen gets no gain, thats basically what happened. This team runs through Allen and Daboll tried to make him throw in the wind and not challenge them with the possibility of the run. Also he goes 5 weeks without calling a jet sweep when they have been effective. He has been bad. Really, REALLY BAD.

He has been terrible all year. The games we lost have often been terrible offensive displays (minus the Titans game). He calls Jet sweeps one game, ignores it for the next 5 games. Calls QB runs, you don't see those runs for weeks at a time. This game he calls no QB runs. In a game where the wind is a disaster, he doesnt run the ball with the only effective runner on the team. It is a joke how bad hes been this year. I wish someone hired him so we had someone who cares more about winning than calling cute plays.

Because the OC didnt call a single designed QB run for a QB whos best attribute in this game is THE RUN. It is insane how bad this idiot is. You get the ball 1st and goal on the 6 and you call a run to the RB? WHO HAS BEEN INEFFECTIVE ALL GAME?!?!?! Worst comes to worst, allen gets no yards. No, I like those two. Daboll is an idiot. leaving Mckenzie and Stevenson out of the game and getting rid of jet sweeps, not calling a single qb designed run. The guy is an F*ing BOZO.

Daboll is AWFUL. Truly an AWFUL coordinator. Keeping Mckenzie/Stevenson out was so dumb. Not calling any designed runs was dumb. I hope he gets fired before work tomorrow.

It wont show on the stat sheet but the presence of both Spencer Brown and Star are gonna be big. The offensive line seems to work a lot better when Brown is at RT and Williams is at RG. That means Ford isnt on the field! I am curious how this team can use Breida with their line in tact. On defense, Edmunds and Star definitely help against the run. The Pats dont have backs like Taylor or Henry and hopefully the weather scares Jones from making any kind of throw

The argument that the Patriots have beaten better teams is asinine. They beat Cleveland when EVERYONE was out, they beat the chargers because Herbert threw one of the worst pick sixes of the year. Their schedule hasnt been that much different to the bills. Both teams need to prove they belong at the top.

I would still focus the first 2, if not 3, picks on offensive line. Our corners have been great, Tre will be back next year and hopefully the Bills can get a team friendly deal for Levi again. I dont see cornerbacks as as big of a need as interior offensive line, if the bills have competent guards, they are a superbowl contender with the rest of the roster.
