This is exactly what I think. Matt's lawyer also said she said she went to Grosmont College, even her "journal" entry says just Grosmont, not the high school. From personal experience, no one has ever said they were in high school at a college party. It definitely sounds like she was raped upstairs, what they have to find out is whether Araiza was in that room, because everything else could be portrayed as consensual.
