Given I live close to Tallahassee and I'm married to a FL State Alum who makes me watch every game either on TV or in person, I agree. Coleman is a special talent. -
This should hopefully improve the play calling, but unless McD is ready to take the leash off of Josh, I don't see much changing. The contrast from this year's Josh to the last few seasons is clearly evident. I believe how he's being coached has him second guessing himself and is causing poor decisions.

As soon as I saw it I said he's going to the well one too many times. When Wilson threw it, I knew it was either going to be caught or draw the flag.

Do you think I'm making excuses for McD? The D played well in spite of McD. Poor blitzes/play calls on 3rd down killed them. I place that squarely at the feet of McD, not the players.

How many times did the offense do nothing or turn the ball over and put the D right back out on the field? You can't keep doing that and not expect the D to be gassed late in the game.

The offense turned the ball over 4 times. The defense was the only reason we were in this game at all.

They literally knew that play was coming 3 plays prior. Simply no excuse for not having the correct personnel on the field. Total lack of discipline. I'm officially out on McD. It's never going to happen with him at the helm.

I've been holding my breath on every Josh pass tonight. We've been gashing them on the run almost every drive we've featured it.
